Loved the Enchanted Voyage as a kid..haven’t been there since my Grad Night in 1983…saw Huey Lewis and the News there that night ( before they were well known ) …great times
9:29 Great memories 😊 8:29 I also liked the RR ride that talked about all the western stories. That was fun. I still have one of my old maps from 1979, I believe. I laminated it years ago. 👍
Please tell me you have some footage or photographs of the inside of the main arcade. Preferably from the golden age of arcade games, but from any year would be great.
The Monster is an underrated flat ride, one of my favorites. I never gotten to ride the Bavarian Beetle (I was 2 in '72). Cedar Point is adding the Wild Mouse namesake, could Cedar Fair bring back a Bavarian Beetle to KI?🤔
The Monster was one of my cousin’s favorite rides when they got to visit. The Bavarian Beetle was great… I also liked the “Bayern Curve” I think it was called. Just a simple oval ride on a slant. Simple but fun.
The new,, current fountains on International Street are wimpish!! They do not even compare to the original Royal fountains which were majestic. They should not call the current fountains Royal because they are NOT. Also I miss the sculptured bushes that lined the perimeter of the fountain pool. They were beautiful. Now they are gone it looks naked. Things are NOT what they used to be!!

My first time at Kings Island was in 1979 when the beast opened.
My parents won tickets off the radio and went the year the beast was opened.

Paramount forever cedar fair never. Since cedar fair has taken over it’s been crap. 3/10 stars take it from a 45 year kings island veteran
