Hi Sakti. Wait for a while. The battery level must be low. If it still doesn't start working after charging, try pressing the back button for few seconds to see if it restarts and that solved your problem.
Hello, you will to pull the ear tips a little hard then you would on any usual earphones. It feels odd, but eventually it would snap out. To place new ear tips, you can align the new ear tips and press it gently and it would snap it place. Hope this helps.

Hello, we can connect to two devices, however no simultaneously. You can swap between device one and two via the Bluetooth setting on the phone. I haven't had a change to use it with neckband, so I am not sure if the sensors will be effected or not.

It's pretty good..The earphone tips were fitting very well and was blocking the noise as well. I cannot compare it to the ANC of Samsung Buds. But it is good.

To be honest, Its not that great. Ambient mode in samsung buds is far ahead.

You can change them, how you would normally do. The tips snap in and out easily.
