After 13 months FedEx showed up last week an hour before we left on vacation. Started opening the A350 printer and enclosure boxes tonight. I can say everything was packed by people who care. Terrific organization and isolation of the pieces. Looking forward to a fun evening assembling everything.
Assembly was easy... on the Ikea furniture scale it would barely rate 4 out of 10 for how simple it was.
All assembled and currently printing the example vase. Everything is going perfect by the numbers.
I'll need to make the enclosure tomorrow before trying the laser or making a mess with the cnc.
It's much better engineered than I was expecting....Laurie
I got the Snapmaker 2.0 (A350) the other week and assembled it with my kids. It took about 80 minutes, of course it would have been a bit quicker without kids. The assemble looks very straight forward and wow the finish looks awesome.

DO NOT PUT THE CABLE HOLDER IN THE POSITION SHOW AT 4:33! It will pull the cable too tight during the calibration phase and break the cable. Either they shipped us too short of a tool head cable, or the video shows the cable holder attached to the incorrect position. I have double checked the position of all the parts over and over and I am 100% certain there is either an error in the video or they sent us the wrong cable for the tool head.

So, if I want to switch from 3D printing to CNC, I have to unscrew 22 screws on the heated bed and then screw in 14 different screws for the CNC board?
I think Snapmaker should design a screw driver head to do that. 😂

Did you accidentally call the z-axis the y-axis? I would think x and y would be up down left right, then z would be forward back, but I'm not sure.
For snapmaker 2.0, y axes are forward back and z axes are up down 😋
I just received mine. Just so happens it was the same day I had surgery, needless to say it is still waiting to be assembled.

My question is (and the answer is probably yes, obviously) are the A250 and A150 assembled the same way?
A250 is nearly the same. A150 is much like Snapmaker original, which is easier than A250/A350
I was told that order #SM2019XXXXX going to ship in the Month September it is now 5 Oct and no shipment! When is it going to ship? The original date was March. And I know about the virus and I did not say anything about it. But since August it was going to ship that month. Well it time to give a real date! So WHEN WILL IT SHIP?

Robert Hewitt We just got the snap maker 2.0 Monday, Oct 19. It was a long wait. And I already assembled mine. I just have to put the cover today. Easy to assemble.
why wont the slider on the linear modules move when i try to align them by hand? (step 2) it seems you move them with ease but mine dont move.

Nope. You could consider the enclosures we designed for Snapmaker 2.0, if needed : )
What does "Do not press the steel strips" (at 32s) mean?
Should be the shiny metal connected to the slider. It acts as a dustproof cover on the leanear module. See 29s.
There's a steel strip on the linear module which protect the linear module from dust or dirts. It's thin and can be pressed down by mistake. Users should not press that metal strips. Otherwise, it won't work properly. For example, it may get stuck into the groove on the linear module.

Pierre Fransson I accidentally did press one in, If it happens to you slide the x axis bar over it slowly and that should put it back in place
