    So happy you posted a routine with the jump board. I truly enjoyed this routine. Short cardio sessions like this can be added to my regular workout days. More please!!!

    Managed abput 8 mins of this. Not out of breath, but my legs are killing me.....😂 Edit. Can do this right through now...........
    How soon before I can do it a second time......? 🤔
