      Water: 130 ml or 1/2 cup + 2 tablespoons
      Sugar: 2 g or 1/2 teaspoon
      Dry yeast: 3 g or 1 teaspoon
      Flour: 150 g or 1 1/4 cups
      Salt: 4 g or 3/4 teaspoon
      Olive oil: 6 g or 1 1/2 teaspoons
It will be quite runny, so knead with a mixer for a few minutes until the dough forms a lump (as in the video). Leave to rise for an hour and a half (cover the bowl with something).
Then you can roll it out with a rolling pin or stretch it with your hands.

What oven do you use? What temperature?

I use an old gas oven that can be heated more than 300 C. I bake on a fireclay stone placed on the bottom of the oven. I heat it all up well in advance.
