Arrives at a island, offers help, little does he know, that island has very desperate need of help. So he decides to be the Doc to thievery, and I mean every problem

@@epicalexfurry4377 He actually says so himself in the intro when quitting his old job, he doesn't do it for the money, he simply wanted to make a business of his own because of being basically a prodigy. Unfortunately he's forced to deal with those people, and the only reason he appears to accept helping them is mostly so he isn't seen as a fraud or a "bad" doctor.
Now the second part, she is a wrestler and a hostess, works both jobs, a little boy crazy which messes up the hostess part. Her boss informs her of a big wig they must impress. Failed that, the hostess business is done, and so is she.... I think
This is a bit more off. She's a wrestler but quits because she's getting married. She becomes a hostess at her mother in law's inn, and is told that she is to entertain the celebrity pot maker. If she can't do a good enough job, the MIL tells her to pack her bags and break it off with her fiance.

He goes to an island and a bunch of people start swarming him with mundane problems. He yells at them that only sick people should be coming to him and they should treat their problems themselves. They then respond, wondering why he's angry and saying that on the island, the doctor should be able to treat EVERYTHING. First scenario (and final): The old woman tells Kuroiwa that the old man is going bald. Kuroiwa angrily declares that he will put his reputation on the line and cure him. (The latter part isn't in the final variation.) Second scenario: The man says Gosaku (the horse) hasn't been energetic lately. The Doctor tells the man that he will make the horse healthy. After succeeding, the man tells Kuroiwa that he will bring his cow next time, to which Kuroiwa responds "Well, I guess it can't be helped." (Meaning such a request was probably inevitable.) Third scenario: The woman tells Kuroiwa (whose name is annoyingly hard to type for some reason XP) that he microwave is bad. Kuroiwa says "Okay, let's fix it, then." Upon succeeding, she tells the doctor his cooking skills are amazing. The doctor makes a remark about it being a doctor's fickle grill. (I don't know.) Ending: The people call out to the doctor. He asks what is wrong, noting that everyone is here. They say that thanks to him everyone on the island is healthy and they ask him to stay there forever.
