- This video is a vlog of a visit to the café and restaurant of Pierre Hermé, one of France's leading patisseries, to enjoy some delicious food. There are several Pierre Hermé shops in Paris, but the shop in Beaupassage, a kind of food shopping mall, is a café and restaurant. And in fact, it's the only place in the world where you can enjoy an authentic Pierre Hermé lunch! Of course, they have the ever-popular macarons, cakes and confectionery, so we were introduced to everything from the great Ispahan classic to their newest flavours! And after being introduced to the sweet treats, it was time for the lunch we wanted. We ordered the signature non-sweet French toast and the salmon starter, which was a wonderful combination of ingredients. I also had an Ispahan cocktail during the day 😛 When we got home, we enjoyed the cakes and macaroons we had taken away. I hope you will enjoy the delicious world of Pierre Hermé with us.

It is so wonderful when those working in the patisseries/restaurant are so expert in knowledge of the cakes and other products, a delight to listen to this young man giving the descriptions and ingredients, and his presentation is also very good and elegant.
That's so true. I don't really understand French but I can hear the joy in his voice when he expertly explained all the wonderful delicacies.

Mamiko san your face was so happy and completely enjoyed the cuisine, and Tsu sans voice convinced me it was an excellent dining experience! Oh! I enjoyed watching this so much. I actually felt tears when your husband said how good you look whilst eating, that was so lovely of him. It was wonderful to see how much you enjoyed your day going here! The Maitre d’ was very knowledgable and such a good sales person. So smart in his suit and tie.
