Sadly, that may be a long time coming. Even if the Cornstars win, you have to assume an appeal will follow. The Cornstars have taken the high road, but, I do not know what the builders are doing or saying. The Cornstars have done one thing that should make the manufacturer take note. They have proven that they can still function- they are not going to dry up and cease operation- which, sadly, is a common way to win a lawsuit- let your opponent’s business fail.
Congrats Cornstars on completing harvesting. And Congratulations on the announcement that you and Nave are expecting again. Edward is such a cutie-pie Cole and Nave. My wife and I waited over 3 years between children and both were boys so our oldest was able to help our youngest boy with potty training and many other things as our youngest son got older, Now our oldest son Chris is 47 and Edward our youngest is 43. And also a huge thank you to the Corstars and all farmers whose hard work and dedication makes our lives better. Cheers from tis old retired coot living the dream in Tennessee.
Happy Birthday Cooper . That old tractor Cooper was driving is the same kind I remember seeing when I was a boy in kindergarten we all stood and watched the farmer who most of use at least knew the name of driving around on that same kind of tractor . That seemed like the worlds biggest machine to most of us. Glad to see you kept it and kept it running.
Cole I have always been impressed to see you trying to learn spanish and I have to say you are doing so well at it. I am hispanic and never really learned enough of it because we Didn't speak it enough in our home. Just mostly english. I am 57 and you are already speaking it better than I ever did!
I just love watching this beautiful family. Cole my heart sings and breaks when you speak of your Grandpa, DC's Dad, and how I'm sure we all would love him to see all the progress you have done with all the farms and equipment. Just think, one day Edward will be talking about his Grandpa DC the same way you spoke about yours. You and Uncle Orlen on the skid loader was the icing on this video cake. Happy 21st Cooper. I feel like you literally turned 18 and finished school a year or so ago!! Time flies!
Happy Birthday Coop, hope it was an awesome day. It was great to see your uncle Orland get to ride along in the combine for awhile as the machinery and technology really has changed a lot since his day. Congrats on the now official announcement of your second little one on the way. You're always in our prayers as is everyone who could use a little or a lot of God's Grace and His face smiling upon them. Take care and God Bless...
Teach him this little light of mine . So precious seeing them learn it at that age . I taught my baby great niece when they lived with me . Happy birthday to your little hermano . Great video by the way mijo 😂.
Cole you are right about your children learning Spanish my wife was born and raised in the Republic of Panama our daughter was born in Panama also and gained US CITIZENSHIP through birth right and lived her 1st 5 years in Panama she learned Spanish 1st before even speaking any English she understood English but didn't learn it until my wife and her came to the US in 1998 and last year my wife worked her butt off for 3 months and became a US CITIZEN and yes I'm very PROUD of both of them
Cole it speaks to y’all’s dedication to your farm, with fighting all the bin issues during harvest. Y’all work as a team to keep things moving, DCstar is fortunate you and Cooper have followed his foot steps.
Whoa! I jumped. I thought that semi was going to roll! I bet uncle orland has some good stories from when he was a young farmer. Happy Birthday Cooper!
Edward is so adorable, love his eyes, stay in the moment with your beautiful family. Thankful your trailer did not flip, beautiful example of how to be patient when you need to be, exceptional example of using wisdom to change the possibility of a mess to clean up and also working together as a team; glad your dad stopped when he did! Your weight blurb was boring and very hard to listen to, I did fast forward. You are the best farming family that I love watching and look forward to each new video. Well done ❤. God Bless North America😊 😊
I am agreeing with you, Cole, about the chemical pricing…it does seem like a gambit…you got an education for a reason, so it’s good to see you using it. 👍🏼 Happy birthday, Cooper 🎉
CONGRATULATIONS ON THE NEW BABY 🎉 So happy for you ahd Avia! Also Happy Birthday Coop🎉 And heres to the end of Harvest 🍻 Love the whole CORN STAR FAMILY ❤
I'm a 59 almost 60 year old man myself, working on a farm for a day or 7 is on my bucket list, my old man said EVERYONE , should work on a farm or a ranch where your food is grown for at least a week so that no one takes for granted what we pick up so easily on the market shelves. I work at an industrial bakery (Franz U.S. Bakery in Oregon and work with very similar systems of flour delivery your farm does, we have a minimum of 1,000,000 lbs. of flour on premises at all times....when stuff goes south the clean ups are EPIC...Would love to work with you guys sometime free of charge (goes without saying)...I should pay you just for the privilaged experience!
Your baby is so Adorable. Good Luck, lots of Blessings Cole. We use to live On a Beautiful Farm. My grandpa no Longer wanted To work the land It's a wonderful Place to raise Kids. 😊😊
Great video today Cole. I have just the opposite problem with weight. I’m 73 and not as active as I used to be. It’s a constant struggle not to gain weight. On another topic, I really enjoy your videos. My family farmed in Kansas before moving to Ohio before I was born. Although I’ve never farmed I swear the farming gene is in me. I am constantly looking and commenting to my wife on farmers fields when we’re traveling in the state. I’ll stop the car and watch wheat harvest in June. It drives my wife crazy! I’ve learned so much about modern day farming from your videos. Somewhere deep inside of me there’s a farmer hiding.

Loved the clips of Edward … so precious! I admire your learning Spanish as being bilingual has so many advantages to the wonderful opening up and development of your children’s minds…. They can learn so much at these early stages of life. It can open doors if they decided to do something other than farming they will be highly sought after for some jobs! I wish you all the best! The house will be done all in good time! My hubby use to tell me you can’t rush these things! 😅❤😊
Hi. Harvest is done ! Congratulations. Uncle Orlon had a ride on the combine. Happy Birthday to Cooper . Baby Edward is walking and cute as ever. Life is good on Cornstar farms .
Thank you Cole for explaining your food choices in order to be able to gain weight. I appreciate the fact that you took part of your time to video that, so that you could explain it all. Thanks again! 👍
Cole, your sponsor ad work is the best in the business. i actually look forward to how you do the endorsements. sooooo much fun. thanks for making them so creative and entertaining
Congratulations on the 2nd child!!! Awesome!! You made me think back to my mother, when she was young. Her father would only talk German to the kids and her mother English. That is how the became fluent in both. Good for you Cole!!
WooWho! Happy birthday, Cooper! Cole, that little boy of yours is SO adorable! Yes, it is definitely time to get the house renovated! I hope DC and MC are going to get away this winter. Harvest (and the bin site) seemed to weigh heavily on DC this year. He needs a vacation. Stay safe, everyone!
Happy Birthday Cooper i am glad you were able to get the truck unstuck and it did not flip or cause any damage and nobody got hurt that is what is important best case scenario thank god
Cole might consider renting a light plant for a month or so to put at driveway you are using to help the drivers of the semi trucks see. I’m curious to see what the inter crop would do at a combine header width. So you I aren’t beating up the beans.
Cole - any time you slide a truck off a road, and you don't have to call the guy with the million dollar tow truck, you come out way ahead. Good thinking on the spot, and well done!
I was in your area yesterday and drove by the farm. I have a new appreciation for the slope of the land you farm. I work land in northern Iowa that you could see a man walking toward you from any direction from two miles. Your hills are crazy to my farming experience. Props...
Hilariously, harvest is my least favorite time of year. Which is ridiculous considering the channel I'm watching. I'm here for the family and the thought process behind shaking up the way things have always been done. I NEVER miss a video and love seeing your family and farm changes. I may be the minority here, but I watch the harvest videos, too, but I love watching your content! Also cant wait for the bin site video. I HATE how unsafe it is. Seeing you guys climbing up there just about gives me a heart attack.
Congratulations and thank you for sharing I'm glad you had a safe harvest and God Bless you and your family in making the right decision too have more decision making for the farm
Cole you’re an inspiration! Your farm intrigues me. Always wondered how you guys managed it within the family so I appreciate the explanation. You’re my daughters age(s) and wise beyond your years. I’m sure from growing up on the farm. Love the channel and your dads channel as well!
I work for AGCO, I haul the parts for the challenger and fendt, Massey Ferguson, titan tractors and sprayers.I drive a semi and haul the parts from the suppliers to the factory in Jackson, mn. Where they are built.
Congratulations on the coming addition! My title of "Dad" is by far my favorite and most rewarding (second only to "Husband"). I always look forward to the next installment.
As an agronomist I occasionally find one version of what looks to be the same agri-chemical is not as good as another so be careful buying the best price product. Sometimes it is more economic go go with the brand that has worked well for you in the past even if it costs more. All the products will work if labeled as such but some will work a little better and potentially stop you having to do a second application. No harm to test a cheaper product on a part of a paddock though. By the way, I don't work for a company selling agri-chemicals..
If the chemicals are derived from petroleum/natgas feedstocks. they might not know their base costs yet. I'm guessing shipping is going to be a big variable next year as well.
Cole, your RUclips personality has matured fantastically. And you've created a compelling story... one worth recording for your boy's sake as well as watching at large. Quite the cliffhanger you've left us with at the conclusion of Harvest 2023. What will become of Cornstar Farms in the coming months in their Battle of the Bins? What color will the walls be? Will Eduardo have a brother or sister? Tune in next time... same corn channel, same corn time.
Glad that DC didn't loose that trailer. When we are working against the clock and tired the judgement isn't quite as sharp. It must have been a relief when you got it out. Looked like there was some pretty good teamwork going on !
Cole you need to plant the corn that refuses to leave the cob. Well at least you could have asked the seed guy what was going on. I hope Copper had a great birthday.
Cole I weighed 100 lbs when I went into high school with a height of 5 foot 2 inches. Two years later I was almost 6 foot and 150 lbs. That hurt. I came out of high school at 6 feet one inch. Stayed at the weight until my second year of marriage at 23. I am now at 191 lbs and 6 foot tall. I am 66 years old. Eat good, exercise as much as you can, but it comes down to your genes and your lifestyle. 😀
When speaking about the carrots, I think the word you were looking for is fiber. Carrots have fiber in them, which helps move the food through the digestive tract.
Cole the very first thing I was taught in business school is your business is not their business and thier business is not your business as soon as you adopt that way of thinking the happier you'll be
This is an idea on something I did in handling spent grain.m, but the concept might also work for you. Although we had spent grain storage, the fundamental law of tanks states that you always need one more tank than you have. And installing tanks is very expensive. So we poured a concrete pad and purchased several empty trailers. So we loaded directly from the dryer into the trucks, then jockied them to the drop pad. The hauler would drop the empty trailer, hook up the full trailer and head out down the road. He was able to make two additional round trips each day because he didn’t have to wait for us to load his trailer. We actually started with one empty, and eventually added many more. We didn’t buy brand new, but eventually we started doing mostly direct loading. Each trailer held about 50,000 lbs, and they were much cheaper than building the equivalent storage tank. And best of all, no double handling of the grain. Of course I was dealing with union paid workers so time REALLY was money. But we only used one cab with something like 16 drop trailers , And eventually the trucking company was providing the drop trailors. We did the jockeying and they did the hauling.
Thanks so much for the insight to your family and business. Being from the east I find your lifestyle incredibly interesting. Here’s hoping much success to your expanding family !
Happy Birthday coop. Pretty cool how you guys divy up crop choices. Thats the way to do it. No point in arguing. Its all trial and error. Hope we get to hear more about how all your tests went this year. Im also very excited to see some home reno videos :)
Food for thought on your mention of the consumables for the farm, as a fiduciary for a large for profit company, I felt it was my obligation to shop around and test the pricing for about anything I had responsibility for. I was reluctant to enter into sole source agreements with suppliers, unless the product or service they provided was of an exclusive nature, in that case your kind of locked in. But on the other consumables , if I could beat the pricing and deliveries with another supplier, I tested the water. In the business I was employed in, the majority of the expenditures we made had time critical components that set limitations in dealing with some people, because they couldn't meet our timelines, but they were a pricing/value resource going forward. As far as the friendship with your vendor/suppliers, they have to understand, you have to act in a manner that's best for your business. You don't necessarily have to switch suppliers or vendors, but it doesn't hurt to test the waters, know the pricing and availability of your needs and where your money provides the best return on investment. That's your job(s), applies to your Dad and Cooper also.
I am so ready for a 2 hour tell all video when the lawsuit is done.
Same. Cannot wait!
Same

I'd settle for a link to the report that was written by the consulting engineer that their lawyer hired.
Me too!!!
Thank you for sharing this journey with us. It is a pleasure to share in your life.
Great video!
So glad Uncle Orlen got to ride with you guys!
Happy Birthday, Coop!
Is uncle orlen , DCs brother or the grandfather's brother?
Congrats Cornstars on completing harvesting. And Congratulations on the announcement that you and Nave are expecting again. Edward is such a cutie-pie Cole and Nave. Be careful out there.
Happy Blessed Birthday Cooper! So nice to see your Uncle Orlen enjoy himself in the combine. Blessings to all of the Cornstar Family
Great looking J&M Grain cart with the right unload auger. Manufactured right here in small town Fort Recovery, Ohio!

That’s great you all took your uncle out with you .❤ Your son is adorable. I can’t believe he’s already walking. Wow, where did that time go?🥰👣👣👣👣
Walking? He’s jumping off the sofa and landing in his feet! Lol ❤ time goes by quickly.
Teach him this little light of mine . So precious seeing them learn it at that age . I taught my baby great niece when they lived with me . Happy birthday to your little hermano . Great video by the way mijo 😂.
Belated Happy Birthday wishes for Cooper!!! Have a great new journey around the sun!
You have a beautiful and bright son there that I know brings joy to you both. Thanks for sharing.
What a lovely smile from your bay boy when you called his name - worth watching just for that!

Edward seems to be trying to figure out who Cole is talking to and at one part looks at him like “Dad, I think you’re going crazy”
It’s adorable! ☺️
😅😅😅
I am agreeing with you, Cole, about the chemical pricing…it does seem like a gambit…you got an education for a reason, so it’s good to see you using it. 👍🏼 Happy birthday, Cooper 🎉
You’re such a great father! And Neva a great mom!
Happy birthday to Cooper. What a wonderfull news whith a another baby god bless you guys
CONGRATULATIONS ON THE NEW BABY 🎉 So happy for you ahd Avia! Also Happy Birthday Coop🎉 And heres to the end of Harvest 🍻 Love the whole CORN STAR FAMILY ❤
And harvest 2023 is complete! Farm life is the best life! So happy you are starting work on the house. ❤
Love how you let your Great Uncle Ride.
I wish we could of took my Grandpa out one last time.

Agreed! I've spent 3 months working on a beef cattle farm/bird nature reserve and it was a fantastic time. Good honest hard work as well.
I believe everyone should work or tour a real working farm at least once. Should be a mandatory field day for schools. 👍

You are such a great dad, but the you've had a superior example. Thank you for sharing your farm and family with us.
Right hand auger is money. It makes 100% sense as your looking over all your controls. One thing I've noticed is how many youtubers work their fields clockwise which I just can't fathom as your twisting at a farther angle away from your controls. I guess we just always ran counter clockwise and I ran custom application looking right so working an acute angle with my body.
I'm a farm manager in Eastern Nebraska and Brandon is correct, we just aren't seeing tar spot wide spread....yet
Our local coop agronomy guy has been arguing with his uppers about getting chemical pricing sooner. What happened the last year or two was this. Farmer comes in and buys seed early for discount and to lock in the seed technology he wants. Then chemical pricing comes out after the first of the year and you're essentially somewhat "stuck" with whatever the chemical package you need costs, you maybe would've chose xtend vs enlist for example if the chemical was higher on one side. My agronomy guy wants it available at the same time so we know what the whole in field package will cost.
Happy Birthday Coop ! Need some more videos of you and your truckin' buddies .
Happy birthday, Cooper! The silent partner and mechanic extraordinaire!!!
Edward is so stinkin' CUTE!!! And walking at 10 months... You guys have your hands full 🥰
Hi. Harvest is done ! Congratulations. Uncle Orlon had a ride on the combine. Happy Birthday to Cooper . Baby Edward is walking and cute as ever. Life is good on Cornstar farms .
You don't know how much that means to your uncle Orlean to ride in the combined😊
Edwardo is such a cutie! Congratulations on end of harvest! Now it's clean-up time and put the harvesters away till next year.
Edward is just as sweet and cute as can be! Such a happy little guy! ❤️ Congratulations on baby #2! 👍❤️
Great to see your uncle able to get out and enjoy a ride. Happy Birthday Cooper !!! Hope you had a great day and many many more.
Can't wait to see the house remodel! Edward is a doll.
Happy 21st birthday Cooper! Eduardo is looking healthy. 👍🏻
Congratulations on the 2nd child!!! Awesome!!
You made me think back to my mother, when she was young. Her father would only talk German to the kids and her mother English. That is how the became fluent in both. Good for you Cole!!

When did little Eddie start walking? He's so precious!
I like Uncle Orlynn! My dad is 94 and he likes to ride with my brother in law on the big ol’ farm he manages. Dad loves it!
Happy birthday Cooper! Farming a family project! ❤
Cole might consider renting a light plant for a month or so to put at driveway you are using to help the drivers of the semi trucks see.
I’m curious to see what the inter crop would do at a combine header width. So you I aren’t beating up the beans.
@10:35 for those you play FS19, this is an FS19 moment! 5 different vehicles trying to pull out a trailer. Pure gold!
Fs22 is better
Happy Birthday Cooper & congrats on getting your crops off. Edward is such a happy camper.
I got simply safe and used your code. It was a little tricky to get set up, but once i had it worked out, I've been happy.
Happy birthday Cooper God bless you God bless the family love you guys New Zealand ❤

great video Cole. A very BIG Happy Birthday to the big man COOPER. Sure hope you have a fun birthday Cooper.
One of my all time favorite things to watch is a salesman squirm when he’s asked questions about the STEM of his product.
Happy birthday, Cooper 🎉🍰..
I'm looking forward to seeing ploughing and seeing the difference..
Congratulations on you finishing the harvest in time. And, what's more important, without accidents.
So enjoy the joy and seeing your face light up when you have edward in your arms. Your a great dad Cole.❤
Happy Birthday Cooper. You are so talented at such a young age, You are going to be very successful in life.🎂🍰🎉🥳💝
Cooper is 21 but his mullet is 37!!! Happy birthdays!
Nave's 'oh really' had me rolling. No more cleaning out barns in the off season, gotta put some walls back up. 😂
I had the same problem before the age of 30. Now 60, I'm having trouble losing it!! LOL!
Good video. Thanks!

Thanks for letting Eddie join your video - and Congratulations to your family on finishing harvest!
AGI should make this right. Cole has nearly 600,000’viewers and we’re all shaking our heads in disappointment
It isn’t the equipment- its the company used to install it.
Its not agi, its the main contractor. Under that is millwrights, concrete guys, electricians etc. I doubt theres one lone contractor involved.
When speaking about the carrots, I think the word you were looking for is fiber. Carrots have fiber in them, which helps move the food through the digestive tract.
Cole the very first thing I was taught in business school is your business is not their business and thier business is not your business as soon as you adopt that way of thinking the happier you'll be
Happy Birthday Cooper! What a great thing you guys did for Uncle Orlan 💜 great video!!
Edward has so much of Mama Cornstar in him ❤️
Oh, that was scary. I was just praying that trailer didn't flip. Wow. You guys rock.
Congratulations on your second child!!! Happy birthday Cooper. And happy that you guys are finished with harvest
I think the word you were looking for when shopping around for best prices is: prudent. Congrats on the new baby!

Happy Birthday coop. Pretty cool how you guys divy up crop choices. Thats the way to do it. No point in arguing. Its all trial and error. Hope we get to hear more about how all your tests went this year. Im also very excited to see some home reno videos :)
Nice to see Orlyn - your grandfather brother
Happy birthday Cooper❤🎉
