I have used a 30% rubbing alcohol to 60% water in a spray bottle to wet the areas. You could also spray the entire foot box to speed this along. Also, don't wear them for long periods when first breaking them in.😂 Good luck.

the way you fix the bars is you use a longer pipe to fit over them and use the leverage you put the pipe all the way down then the bend is at the base... Cole, the easiest way to break in that leather and have it stretched to fit your feet in the needed places. You need to get the boots soaking wet and wear them dry. That is how we break in saddles. Yes, they have wooden forms for stretching spots that are too tight. Had a pair of cowboy boots and the store did it right on the spot. Don't lace them so tight. As they stretch you can can gradually tighten the until they get more broken in. I have some Georgia's that about kill me whenever I get a new pair, right across the top of the instep. They are slip on so I can't do anything. But mink oil really helps.

I've broken in Dr. Martens before, my advice is to give thdm a sponge bath with warm water and a nice moisturising bodywash, followed by a massage with leather conditioner, and stuff them full of damp newspaper every single night. Then wear them all day every day with 2 pairs of socks. One thin, cotton pair, and one thick, woolen pair. Should take around 1-2 weeks to break in. Soak your feet in very warm water and epsom salt, then give them a good massage every night, too. Your feet will thank you for it.
Roman said more coffee breaks for me to kill time and Cole you can do some office work. When the IRS thinks you owe them money they take your money faster. But when it’s thier mistake takes longer to get back into your account. Good quality boots breaking in a month.
I respectfully disagree. The issue here is how long he wore them… you gotta ease into these. I have similar custom Nicks boots and they do break in, just don’t overdue it.
Don't push it with those boots. You can get a tarsal or metatarsal fracture from too tight boots. I have several employees experience this when they get new boots.
Cole use saddle soap on those new boots every day as you can. It will help the leather soften up sooner. That's what I always did to make the leather more playable.😅
This has been a fun project to follow. Will your movie theater have any wheelchair access? You should also look into more minimalist footwear. God designed feet to move and be flexible, but those shoes sound like the opposite.
During my army time in the Netherlands, when we got new leather boots, we "broke' them in by hand in a directions you would walk. It takes a few hours but it really helps.
rub your boots down with Lanolin oil repeatedly in order to get them to bend sooner. I've had to do that with almost every set of leather boots I've ever owned. 1st coat is thick and you wipe if off 8 hrs later, and leave a small film. Then you do it again the next night. They start to give and mold to your movements a whole lot faster than just grinning and bearing it.
Saddle soap for the boots. Also we you get this issue resolved with the IRS and it turns out they were wrong the IRS owes you interest on those funds along with any fees charged by your bank.

OSHA. LOL
Cole, you might try wearing the new boots/shoes a few hours at a time, takes longer to break in, but less pain.
Roman said more coffee breaks for me to kill time and Cole you can do some office work. When the IRS thinks you owe them money they take your money faster. But when it’s thier mistake takes longer to get back into your account. Good quality boots breaking in a month.
Find another pair of boots! They should not hurt that much!
I respectfully disagree. The issue here is how long he wore them… you gotta ease into these. I have similar custom Nicks boots and they do break in, just don’t overdue it.
Keep digging!
What you don’t understand Cole, is the IRS is not happy until you are not happy and when you are not happy, they are mostly pleased!
16:24 somebody give the man a BT earpiece so he does not miss those calls
Don't push it with those boots. You can get a tarsal or metatarsal fracture from too tight boots. I have several employees experience this when they get new boots.
Cole use saddle soap on those new boots every day as you can. It will help the leather soften up sooner. That's what I always did to make the leather more playable.😅
You rock. Prayers
Next time use a pipe to slide over the rebar to straighten them out, so much easier.
So so so love your videos.
This has been a fun project to follow. Will your movie theater have any wheelchair access? You should also look into more minimalist footwear. God designed feet to move and be flexible, but those shoes sound like the opposite.
Great question, love it
During my army time in the Netherlands, when we got new leather boots, we "broke' them in by hand in a directions you would walk.
Cole, you worked really hard to clean that shop up - time to put the hammer down 🤣
Hello ftom trinidad 🇹🇹 😊😊😊😊
Hello from ILLINOIS US
The wooden brush in a shoe shine kit is what we use to use to smack the boots to help in the break in process
Saddle soap for the boots. Also we you get this issue resolved with the IRS and it turns out they were wrong the IRS owes you interest on those funds along with any fees charged by your bank.
Ariat, Red Wing & Wolverine. Those are the work boots I stick with, and they're comfortable the first time I wear them.
Red Wing boots are great, and yes, comfortable from the start.
Red Wing boots, will last until you retire.
Just imagine you are wearing ski boots while you are breaking your new boots in. LOL
Long time viewer love your videos. Being in the construction industry, I wish you Would put caps on the top of the rebar… someone could fall and be killed by
Looking good Cole
I'm not trying to be negative, but if you're paying an attorney, why are you coming up with the questions? A good attorney would know the case and have his questions already
I still find it very interesting that someone I have been watching for like 3 years you are building a movie theater when they have never even mentioned a TV show they have watched once
