The title sounds ridiculous as there are many people whose monthly income is more than a lakh rupees.Even the title koteeswarudu would be inadequate as even lower middle class people are worth more than a crore nowadays.The film should have been titled as dhanavanthudu which would not quantify the wealth possessed.
