Its function is to maintenance means your system is large and you want to close water supply to just this one riser for any work then you can isolate it. PN nominal pressure of any valve depends on your system pressure therefore it may be PN16 or PN25

In ZCV assembly, Supervisory valve may be butterfly type or OS&Y gate valve with tempering switch. If there is space hindrance in pipeline then use supervisory Butterfly and if no problem in space then best is used to os&y gate valve wither tempering switch because this valve has low friction losses as compared to butterfly valve.

I think you are talking about vertical turbine pump. Both fire pumps with jockey is required as per NFPA requirement.
