      The cards died because the owner is careless, the brand of the card has nothing to do with it. When you abuse a card and overclock it 24/7 to its limits, it will die eventually.

    What's the difference between single fan cards and multi fan ones?

    • @annurissimo1082
      @annurissimo1082 4 года назад +4

      When a card has only one fan, the air enters through that fan and exits on the other side if the card (this is called blower-style). These cards don't have the best airflow and thus get pretty hot. 2 or 3 fan ones push air to and from the GPU much more quickly, and cooling it much faster. Basically, 1 fan = card gets hot under stress. 2+ fans = card doesnt get too hot under stress

    • @madmax2069
      @madmax2069 4 года назад

      @@annurissimo1082 not always the case, some single fan GPUs are set up just like the multi fan GPUs (aka open air coolers), they are nothing like the pusher cards. And some single fan cooler designs are pusher style coolers.

    • @madmax2069
      @madmax2069 4 года назад +1

      It's pretty obvious other than the fact that one has a single fan, and one has multiple fans.
      Multi fans often offer better cooling. Single fans are usually on lower end GPUs as they don't generate as much heat as a higher end card so they don't need as many fans to stay cool.

    Different between GTX and RTX series Of NVIDIA Graphic Crad

    • @gant6962
      @gant6962 3 года назад +1

      Different architecture as well as core count. Ray tracing is only good on RTX capable cards due to RT cores. GTX cards only have the CUDA Cores and will be lackluster for RTX gaming. RTX cards use a dedicated GPU architecture. (I forgot the name and the GTX 1600 series is just the RTX 2000 series without RT cores.)
      GTX cards from varying generations have had Kepler, Maxwell, etc. RTX is recommended but the best GTX cards would be: 780ti, 980ti, 1060 and above.
      Also remember PNY is a good manufacturer, most people shit on them just because they make a lot of GT710 cards. They are really good. (As seen in the video) Also remember that AMD is an option.
      HD 7870 and above, RX580, RX5000 and above are best from them.

    • @madmax2069
      @madmax2069 4 года назад +1

      If you would have googled GT 1030 power usage, and then google i3 3220 you'd have figured it out on your own.
      At max the GT 1030 uses 30w. At max the i3 3220 uses around 61w. And you can just add those together and get the usage.
      The above figure is not including the power usage of the other components in that system such as Ram, Storage, fans, motherboard chipset.
      With the other power usage of everything added in you're going to be slightly above 100w usage if you strain the CPU and GPU, but this is a worse case scenario. Which is well within what a 200w PSU can handle. Heck I use a GT 1030 in my HTPC and it only has a 90w PSU.
      If you do get a GT 1030 try to avoid the DDR4 version and get the GDDR5 version (it's pretty easy to spot if you look at the model number). Sometimes the title of the page for the card will outright say if it's GDDR5 or DDR4, and others do not list either, and some do list the model number, if it says D4 or GD4 in the model number it's going to be the DDR4 version. If the model number says D5 it's going to be a GDDR5 version.
      The DDR4 version is starved for memory bandwidth is severely cripples the cards performance.

    2. Asus Rog Strix. Their high end series, in a company that has good customer service and reputation
    3.Asus TUF. The Asus midrange.
    4. MSI. Middle range manufacturer brand.
    5. Zotac. Same as MSI but people seem more mad at them for customer service.
    5. A flaming brick
    6. Gigabyte. Cheapest but worst customer service, lowest quality and most prone to exploding. Gigabyte lovers stfu, you're just happy you spent less money lmao. Buy if you like a little spicy risk taking in your life.

    I bought a Sapphire card from Amazon and I am stuck with it after it stopped working within the 2 year warranty. Sapphire states you must go through place of purchase for an RMA, but Amazon states you must go through the manufacturer. Buyer beware. Sad face..

      In my country they provide 5 years of warranty. Which is why it's a go to brand here.
