- In this clip, Ryan and his mate Ruffy demonstrate how to catch coral trout after coral trout fishing with both jigs and live bait.
Coral trout are a delicious food fish and Ryan then fries up one of the fish he caught with a yummy chef's salad. Fried coral trout with fresh salad recipe included.

Thanks for the reply mate. You say to old mate in the video that you told him the Trout would be on the sand. Is that something you’d look for? A patch of sand around the reef?
