I started hrt early last year when my period was at a frequency of about 2x/yr. All was fine until recently, my body aches and tiredness came back. Does this mean I need a higher estradiol/progesterone dose?

I have a question for you. Is there a connection between menopause and complete blood count being off. So since about 4 years ago, when my doctor first said I was perimenopausal my red blood cell count, hemoglobin and hematocrit levels started to rise, my doctor says despite them being on the high side I’m ok as everything else with my cbc is good. I’ve read studies that women who are in menopause have increased levels like myself. My doctor of course disagrees when I ask her. It always worries me about my blood levels. I have regular 6th monthly blood draws and this time those 3 levels were highest yet. Is there a connection? My doctor just increased my Prempro HRT as I was on the lowest dose.

Have you looked into the benefits of nutritional ketosis for migraine prevention? Obviously easier if not a vegetarian, but still doable. I think there is someone called Stanton who has a protocol but I prefer people like Dr Georgia Ede.
