Do you have a video on how long before you start losing inflammation and some once you start on testosterone and estrodial? 🤔

What blood level do you consider to be low estrogen and low progesterone?

Just want to say that GLP-1 receptor agonists have been around for 18 years. They are not super new. They are also designed to be lifelong medications in the same way many people will need BP meds or antidepressants for life. Obesity medicine doctors wean patients down in dose for maintenance but most can't go off them. Not promoting them but just want to stress that people can eat well, exercise, but still need Ozempic. Especially people with diabetes, IR, or PCOS.

Hi,I’m now gaining weight since I’ve been on my hormones and I’ve never gained weight so it’s really upsetting because I’ve done nothing different and I eat very healthy plus I’m only a little person of 5ft 1 so it’s noticeable maybe it’s water weight?

I have the same issue, and it sounds like my circumstances are similar to yours. I'm 5'3" and never struggled with weight gain. After starting E2 patch, Progesterone, and Testosterone cream, I've gained. It's been 8mos.

Will femoston make you gain weight because this is what I’m on?

I'm on my 3rd month of Femoston now and not seen any changes in weight. I know the contraceptive pill is not the same thing, but I never noticed any weight changes on that during my younger years. I wonder if women who experienced weight gain on the pill are more likely to have a similar experience on HRT. Overall it's been brilliant for me, head is clearer, heavy bleeding eased off significantly. Still very tired though so thinking testosterone may be the missing jigsaw piece.
