5 Seconds into the Audio App segment "I bet this video is sponsored by the audio app". Looks down for the sponsored tag on the video, "huh, guess not" .... "Thanks to Endel for sponsoring this video" ... there it is. I'm all for creators using sponsors but Its pretty cheeky to disclose it 9min into a video in a throwaway line. You are supposed to actively mark sponsored content on the video itself and you know this. It's a good video aside from that but its skirting these kinds of gray areas that really erode trust that you just cant get back.
The video is a scratchy mention of Notes and Calendar usage and a deep dive into advertising the audio app and browser. The creator is on the edge of ethics, knowing he is pushing impulsive people into impulsing purchasing. Boo.
I text myself my must dos for the next day.. everyday before I go to bed. I also spend time thinking about what's the most important things of my life and why.. Thankyou
Yes. I use Samsung notes, calendar, reminders/ notifications, clock (Ihave many alarms throughout the day to remind me to do basic things that most people wouldn't have a problem being too distracted or hyper-focused to remember, like drink water, make dinner, etc.), mostly because they're already there and integrated into the os and not a separate app that I have to install and learn to use.
One thing is clear, we can't ignore our ADHD brains rather we need to mould ourselves as per them. I learnt new things in this video. I'm also using Endel and it has been working completely fine. Thanks.
Oh, thanks! First time, I find someone speaking about the need of freedom in order to make things done! Time limitations is what blocks me the most. It doesn't let me be in that momentum because in a short period of time I'll have to stop doing the thing. Consequencies are I feel frustrated, paralized, with migraines, fizzy, your heart hurts like if you were told surprising bad news... 😭 Yeah, I need to feel I have infinite time to make something, so that I'll be in hyperfocus and probably I'll do it in 20 minutes or 1 hour, when others need 8 hours to accomplish it. If not, I'll need 3 times those 8 hours until adrenaline runs into my blood stream and clears my mind because that must be done in 30 minutes. I have being trying to explain this need to some psychologists and other health mental professionals and neither of them understood me. I feel less alone in this moment. 🥰
I like not using many colors on my calendar as I easily visually "lose" myself. My colors reflect priority and rigidity. For appointments I use red - meaning it's set in stone. Then for gym I use something less intense, yellow which means it's still important but can occasionally be moved or dropped.
Very interesting and well presented. Could you consider making a video for “seniors with ADHD”? Yes, a lot to assume in this demographic, but if we’re watching your channel assume we’re computer comfortable. TY
Obsidian is my pick though the setup is more annoying. Google Keep/Notes I hit the word count limitation before, especially on long journals, so I'm not really a fan of it, as I ended up having Part 1, Part 2,... notes

Thanks Very Helpful❤😊
1. Apple Notes (organisation)
2. Google Calendar (overwhelm)
3. Endel (focus)
4. ChatGPT (task initiation)
5. Sidekick (performance; ADHD productivity browser).
You're welcome.

Samsung Notes and Samsung Reminders for Samsung Galaxy users, worked for me quite well!
Thank goodness you posted. I dont have an apple and was freaking out. Samsung, yes

Yes! I'm seeing so many of us are late diagnosed and are just learning how to live with something we've been struggling with forever.
In my experience, comfortable with computers yes, but not Very Comfortable. E.g. Working with multiple connected apps together is uncommon.
Im a seniour and I agree. What topics would you like to see?
Great idea. I was diagnosed late in life and am really unhappy with the therapists I saw in my youth who missed it.
For those of us on Android what's a good alternative to Apple Notes?
Google notes
Notes by Baday Production is a 1:1 port of the Apple Notes app. Or if you use a Galaxy device, SamsungNotes is the best.
Workflowy. Just bulletpoints!

Love the Could Do rather than Musr Do options!❤🎉 thank you!
Could you please elaborate on the pomodoro timer from Dell?
Thanks ..
It helps a lot🙂🙂
I love Notion but it’s SO distracting and I forget it even exists on a daily basis
Thanks for the video.
Endel is $15.99 for the entire year right now. Must be Black Friday thing.
I’m not sold on the browser. I lost interest before you could finish 😅
Well, that's great and all, but some (most) of us are on windows PCs not Mac. So ... The Apple Notes thing ....
Google keep
@@cazb5056 - I suppose. But it's not really that robust. I can always rely on Notion though, or maybe find a OneNote integration or something.
Obsidian, looks just like Apple notes when it doesn’t have any plugins installed
I just use notion in the same way you use apple notes
You lost me at “sub folder”…🤣
