Great video,I flew out of sydney australia in the 1970's and 80's they were vwf fokker f27 friendship with the unique sounding rolls royce dart engines with airlines of nsw and east west airlines,What a great aircraft kind regards bob from sydney australia.

The Fokker I remember was the old Fokker F-27 which was the original workhorse.

Um Himmels Willen, ich musste damit 2009 mit Mandarin Airlines fliegen von Hualien nach Taichung in Taiwan. Für jemanden wie mich der so schon genug Flugangst hat eine dezente Zumutung! :D Frag mich bis heute wie ich das überlebt hab!!

I love the Fokker 50 but other planes are taking over like the Dash 400 in Iceland . I hope they are built as well as these .

the De Havilland Canada/Bombardier DHC-8 or even the ATR 42/72 series???
