Great episode guys. I have been dealing with mental health for the first time in my life at 40. Not having my father or any male role model to go to to help with navigating this new stage has taken its toll. But I seek help from close friends and through counseling. It is truly needed and most never seek it. My ultimate help though has been my faith. It's crazy help 5,000 year old words speak on all the issues I've been dealing with. Go to show you that there's nothing new under the sun. Keep banging gentlemen!👍🏿
