In my opinion it depends where they are pushing and how many players are pushing.In my opinion if they are aggressing that means that they have a chunk of defense missing and u have limited time to find what that is so I think there are a few ways to stop aggression:
1.Use your utility.The CT's will get scared and 99% won't take the risk.
2.Move as a whole unit and face the aggression s instead of only 1 guy holding for aggression s and probably not get traded.
3.If the aggresion comes through and you are down in numbers,don't fight it,instead try to push the site/area where they pushed from and have less defense.
For example:If 2 people push long doors and get control,you have limited time to react and there is probably only 1 guy on A site defending alone.Yes the other 2 players can support him but u can flush them out with utility and nades. But the after plant is hard because u are stuck in a limited amount of space and can be easily flushed by utility,so for the after plant you need to be aggressive yourself and try to get 1v1 fights and prolong the CT's advance with your own counter-utility.

Simplest way to help yourself, if they push and take a part of map, you should get aggressive with 2/3 players and compensate by getting another part of the map. If they push long, you should take mid. If they take short, you should take long. Honestly everything gets easier if you have early long control. Glhf
