The mechanics of movement in this ryu are impressive and something to acquire regardless of what you train or practice. There are echoes of in the teachings of Taira Sensei. As far as the stance is concerned, I have trained in five ryu, 2 of which were Korean, but Korean roots are in Shotokan. In all instances, the 'forward stance' was always knees and toes in a straight line as illustrated herein.

他流派って前に進むときかかとを軸にして進むけどこの流派って足の前の方を軸にしてかかとを回しながら動くんですね。なぜなんでしょうか

mo mi 師範から聞いたんですけど、アーナンダイ等の形をWKFにねじ込んだ件で全空連から一時期コーチの〆出しを食らってたそうです。不公平な競争であると。公表されてませんけどね。最近の動画に佐久本さんがあまり出ていなかったこともそれに繋がるかなと。
