That key is called an E clip. You can find them at any auto parts store. In case you ever need a new one.

Yes, if you're getting a new key. You only need to do one if you're replacing the door

Actually you don't need to remove it but just opened to the right side to release the handle rod .. it's a clip that hold the rod just use a small flat screwdriver to pops out or use you finger

Do the best you can. Some stickers are impossible to get off.
