With tears of joy and sadness I bring you today this tribute. Tony Stark has been my favorite character for as long as I can remember, and It's been hard but with this video I can finally say goodbye.
This video is a ... Tribute? A little box of memories ? Something to remember ? I'll give that to you.

No one could ever top RDJ'S performance as Ironman.
Tony was my personal hero. Trying with his bare hands to hold the world together and getting blamed every step of the way. Determined above all else to protect everyone. He was the first hero I ever saw on screen have an anxiety attack and my only thought was "Oh God, he's just like me." And I burst into tears. He didn't deserve what the Russos did to him in Endgame. Not him. He gave and gave and gave and lost nearly everything in the process. He gave it all up for a world that didn't want him. And I love him for that.
I couldn't agree more, there's a hole in my heart and I'll never accept that he died, even though Robert says he's done with playing iron man and that probably was his call to leave MCU, I'll always believe that he's coming back bc it was the most epic character of Robert's life, and it hurts so deeply to see Tony's pain along the movies, and think that after all that he went throught, "life" was unfare and he died just when he had everything he dreamed, his daughter, Peper, and that he didn't hesitate to give his life even when he had so much to lose, even knowing that HE would be the only one losing. I know that he's just a character but I swear, I'm incomplete since that death

My wife and I went to see the very first Iron Man the day it came out. She loved the comics, was a huge Marvel fan, and had been since her childhood. She was also a huge RDJ fan, and having the two come together was what made the MCU for her. She never missed a single film. Not one.
Not until Infinity War, and the ones that came after it. She passed away from cancer without ever getting to see how it all ended. Now I can't watch this without crying. Every time. I just sob at it. She would have loved it so much. She would have wept for Tony. He was her Iron Man.
Some things in life can't be replaced.
So sorry man, may your wife rest in peace.

No words can describe the feeling of losing someone but we can try to remember them in ways you described. This gives them a legacy. I am sad to hear that and wish you my greatest condolences from the deepest of my heart.

Tony Stark is the best developed character in the MCU, he started off as a douchebag that only cared for himself, and he ended being selfless and saving the whole universe at the cost of his life. No one can replace RDJ, We Love You 3000 Iron Man.

Tony's end will be hailed for years to come as one of the best. The setting, color, lighting, and timing are flawless. Instead of drawing the scene out, the scene is focused. All the most important people in Tony's life were able to say goodbye in concise, simple mannerisms that tied the series together. The diction, facial reactions, emotional responses and choice of timing all add longevity. The respect paid to the character and fans will be appreciated for generations to come.

I love how in the first Avengers Steve says Tony isn’t the kind to make a sacrifice play, but we know thats ALL he ever did. He sacrificed his everything: his future, his happiness, his life, getting to see his daughter grow up not to mention seeing his first child figure grow into a strong and courageous man. Even if they bring back Tony through the multiverse, it will NEVER be the same Tony we know and loved

@OhHecking Frick Chris evans has said he believes Tony and caps relationship is the most identifiable and important in Steve’s arc. It’s part of why all his scenes with Downey are his (and mark ruffalo’s) favorite in the franchise. The Russo brothers were just shit when it came to team dynamics and expected people to read between the lines without giving too much concrete bonding time for most of the team

I will always love iron man he is and always will be my favorite even above superman his journey is one of a true hero at the start of his journey he was told "dont waste it dont waste your life" and he did not and you can tell he took after the best parts of the people he lost and he went on people did not like him they believed he was selfish but they were wrong but my favorite part about him is he is just a normal man he did not have powers he was not a god he did not have magic all he had was his beautiful mind but in the end he was the best hero of all he sacrificed everything to save the universe and to keep his little girl safe like his father Howard that he could not be in his childs life but he did his best to keep them safe he represents the best in humanity what we can be he may have had a body of iron and steel but he had a heart of gold
He knew he wouldnt comeback and pepper knew he would end up sacrificing himself, because he didnt love himself after the years of critiscim and how all the people in his life told him to be better like yinsen and he kept on going for them and after seeing what his dad to make sure tony would stay safe tony just did the exact same to protect and rest the fear in his soul, he just wanted to be in peace with his demons knowing the cost was death and ended up dying not selfish but in the most human way of all people, with no super powers no extraordinary height muscle, just someone who was always learning and trying to be better and always evolving for others so they dont have to and he tried to protect everyone except himself, thats why he was my fav selfless and no superpowers just his life at the line.

My husband died of cancer in 2008. He would have loved Iron Man. He was like Iron Man building that suit in the cave. He could do anything but beat cancer. You want something done, you called him. I’m 83 and still live in our two story home he built in 1970. Had 10 kids, his 4, my 5 and our 1. He was a race driver too. His dad started a race club in LA to keep kids out of trouble. One more season my husband would have raced for 50 years. He built race engines and cars. He is on the Internet. RIP #98k.

I went to see Endgame by myself because no one could see it with me due to my work schedule. I had never gotten emotional over a movie before this one. I sat there in a theater full of complete strangers...and cried like I had just lost a family member. It's absolutely incredible how beautifully these stories were told. So well done that these characters were so real to us
Tony pretty much never accused others of anything, he always accused himself. The one time he does it is when he tells cap he wasn't there when they lost, after he thinks everything is lost, that he was unable to save everyone. That BROKE me in the theater. Pepper puts herself and everything aside to make sure he knew that he accomplished exactly what he sought to for years. It didn't matter that she was losing her husband and father to their child. Everyone is safe now. Pepper was his ROCK until the very end. Literal tears while I type this.

Or just releaseed it throught the wormhole and turned around while still under power. He stuck to what he did to the last second necessary to do what needed to be done. That's legend.

I didn't like the "My greatest creation is you" line. Or rather, I thought it was a good line but it's part of why I hated Howard.
He was never close with Tony, never there for his son. Instead of telling his son "I'm proud of you" when Tony did things like build an engine at 6 he told a newspaper about it for the publicity. He says he was building the future for Tony but never shows an interest in Tony as a person. It seems to me like he's more interested in Tony as his legacy than as his child. Saying Tony is his "greatest creation", in my opinion, just proves that point.
Coen A Howard was never a good father, we don’t know his past or how he was raised, and that just says his father never never taught him how to be a father, and Tony had to figure it out himself, he made his legacy, Howard tried his best, you may not think that’s enough, heck it might not be enough for anybody, but all we need to know is that he tried, and I believe he is the best there is.
@@ladainianmorris3757 Parenting isn't gym class, it isn't enough to try. I also don't buy into him not knowing what Tony needed. He spent 21 years watching Tony grow from a boy into a man, watching Tony struggle and succeed, watching him learn, watching him set goals and reach them, and at no point did he give the impression that he liked Tony. At no point did he look his child in the eye and say "I love you and I'm proud of you". Not even when Tony graduated summa cum laude from MIT at 17 did he give his son the most basic form of validation.
We do know Howard didn't have a great relationship with his own father. While we don't know much about it he says in Endgame "There was no problem my dad couldn't solve with a belt" indicating physical abuse. That said, having a bad parent may be an explanation for being one, but it isn't an excuse. Tony's line about his father "He was cold, he was calculating. He never told me he loved me, he never even told me he loved me" says more to me than any of Howard's lines.

I can’t get through this scene without crying. Tony will always be the true hero of the MCU for me, he was willing to risk literally everything precious to him for one shot at giving back everyone precious to everyone else. Pepper was also a hero because she knew she couldn’t stop him. And, of course she also fought in the last battle. Tony would never be whole if he didn’t try. I know someday his daughter will truly understand.
A great story from a legend no one will forget and I hope our grand children and their grandchildren appreciate the legacy he left us forever.

The saddest part about Endgame was Tony Stark made that hologram recording because he knew he was gonna die. He literally says it in the first line and the 2nd to last line. "in case of an untimely death" "what am I kidding? Everything is going to go...exactly...as planned" It only makes Tony's death even more heartbreaking because he knew he was going to die the moment they started their quest to collect the Infinity Stones and when you go back and watch the movie over knowing that, Tony's body language throughout the movie in some scenes reinforces this even more. If I haven't convinced you yet then think about this. Tony's suit is programmed Nanotech, anything his suit makes in the movies was programmed into his nanotech. If you still don't think Tony knew he was going to die then explain how his Nano tech was programmed to be able to form his own infinity gauntlet at the end of the movie. He already knew he was going to have to fight Thanos over the stones head on in a 1v1 again and he knew the only way he was going to beat Thanos was to use the infinity stones himself.
And the way that Nat and Tony interact make it seem like that they both knew that they would be the ones who wouldn’t make it, but they were fine with that

tony's gauntlet makes complete sense as hulk snapped his fingers with tony's nanotech. there is no reason not to assume his armor's and the gauntlet's nanos werent of same programming.

The world needs heros, fictional or real, Tony Stark is real in our hearts, he is motivation to be a hero, not all heros wear capes or armor, not a suit or a mask, some of them wear a heart that may be caked up with emotions underlying different things or issues, but we have to shed and chip away those things to be the hero we were meant to be, and Tony Stark taught us to do that

So ridiculous, is Tony supposed to be “god”. How is it his fault that someone died while he was saving the entire city. If he wasn’t there, the entire planet would’ve died.
He didn’t even mess up and made Ultron, it was always about making vision (in ai form) but the mind stone took over and created Ultron.
Funny how the same lady expects Tony to be a god but doesn’t blame god for her son. (I know it’s JUST A MOVIE but that part of the plot just unnecessarily pushed the line from Cap’s first encounter with Tony in Avengers 1)
The last line kills me. I haven’t even watched all the movies ya know,but this make me remember just how much tony gave. How much he suffered and how much he cared. He reminds me of a family member that passed away. The last line “you can rest now” is something close to my heart because it’s what I wanted to say to them after all they suffered. It’s what I say every time I think of them. So yeah. I’m glad tony stark gets to rest now after all the work he did.
