    This is literally the hardest part bio for me right now. The transportation of "stuff" into and out of the cell membrane via proteins and what not. UGH.

      We didn't evolve! How can anyone say all these incredible body systems just evolved?! Look at how intricate and precise they are - if one tiny thing was different in any body system, the whole system could potentially not work. We didn't evolve - we were Created by God!

    Start with concentration gradient. Demo natural spread of molecules, people, air, smells etc.
    Demo to team leaders methods for taking notes on the video. Then they help their teams.
