I just want to say that I'm sorry for your loss, but praise God for the promise of eternal life through Christ Jesus. What a comfort to your family that your sister chose that road, and what a testament to others to see your faith. God bless. Perspective is everything. I lost my sister a year ago August. But I knew she had entrusted her soul to Christ. In her waning days she kept counsel with her Pastor, and made peace with her passing from this world to the next. In doing so, she gave me peace in losing her because I knew it was only for a season. Thank-you for continuing to be a witness to the world.

I was witnessing to an atheist the other night and I felt God wanted me to show him that. It's profound. He's even read books called How to Convert an atheist to Christianity. At the end he asked about why a heaven and hell. 2 Kingdoms i Explained. Jesus is the key to access the kingdom of heaven..... the short version.

Phil is right it’s amazing I’m a woman and I loved watching the guys shoot, I took pictures and the dog retrieve the birds ...we all came to love that dog too. I miss those good times .
I am 68 years old and never watched your TV show but your podcasts are such a blessing to my hubby and me when out on our morning walk. We have had some hot walks here in the Florida heat but listening to you guys on our air pods have made it "doable!" My dad was an avid deer, hog, squirrel, quail, and duck Hunter as well as a fisherman, so I understand exactly the excitement, thrill, and aesthetic feelings you all are talking about. I know the ins and outs of the whole hunting and fishing sports. It brings release and satisfaction to the sportsman participating in it. The most excitement and satisfaction a person can bring to Jesus is to hunt a lost soul, shoot them with the Word and God, and bring them in harvest to Jesus' open arms to be saved for the supper as a bride for Him. Hallelujah!

Some of my best memories were hunting ducks with my Dad on the Pecos River down by Carlsbad, NM.
Both Gordon and Jan were my teachers in elementary and middle school. Loved them both
The fish fry was John 21. But anyway my dad loved to duck hunt then he got sick and went to heaven.
the way you relate and brake down scripture in an understandable way is outstanding! I don't have duck stories,( thank Elohim) but I'm grateful He uses me as me not having to copy not one but Our Dear Lord

I like hearing about hunting, My Daddy use to hunt when I was a little girl. Listening to Phil reminds me of Daddy, I lost him in 2020 so it's nice to be reminded ❤❤❤ I love hearing him talk about Jesus it brings me Peace.

We have had a very young son in law pass away and then a very dear friend passed away on the same day then my daughter in law had her great Aunt pass away yesterday. The passing of these three incredible people is they are all home in our loving fathers arms and that one day we are going to see them again. Then we found out that one of my dogs has cancer and we may have 3to4 weeks with him he’s a black lab . My heart is breaking but my faith in God is what helps me through this very difficult time... I’m very very thankful we are all believers and for that I’m thankful:) have a blessed day:) I was laughing when you were telling about being pulled over by that cop, but what really got me was how so many pulled over right behind you:) lol
Now that is funny when he got pulled over😁 man just love what you guys are doing and love this podcast it really helps keep doing what you guys do 😎🇺🇸💪🙏

I'm a huge Marvel and Star Trek fan. I love your analogies from those franchises to Scripture. You're absolutely right: secular writers get ideas from Scripture and everyone think they invented it cuz they've never dug into Scripture and thought about it.

I had a group of teal scare the crap out of me when i was about 15. They really do sound like a jet flying right over your head they flew in from the rear and im sittin there lookin up and down left and right tryn to figure out what was happening then they come in to view right out above and in front of me. Unforgettable memory.

I pulled over a guy who blew through a stop sign. No funeral procession but he had on nice clothes and had NOTHING in his pickup but a funeral brochure. I talked to him for a few minutes about just, stuff and asked if he would just hang out for a few to get himself together and he agreed. No harm in it and that is what keeping the peace is about.

It seems that God speak to us in All Ways. Even from the smile and voice, of a precious dog.
I feel like this is a good episode to share a story with all of you.
Was pregnant with my first child last year, everything was going fine until my second trimester. My blood pressure was starting to climb and for those who don't know, that isn't good for me or the baby. One day in particular, I go see my midwife and after three tries taking my blood pressure and having another doctor come in and try it. I was told that I was being admitted into the hospital because they were getting a reading of 180/109. For those who don't know the significance of that number; a normal reading is 100 - 120 / 60 - 80.... Needless to say...it was high. This can be a sign of preeclampsia, which basically sends mixed messages from the placenta to the baby and me. It is a serious condition and it can kill me or the baby or both. So, I was sent to the hospital where they were waiting. Was taken right away with nurses hooking me up all the while doctor is asking me all these questions of how I'm feeling to which I wasn't feeling anything wrong. At one point the doctor was trying to beat around the bush that this could be bad, that I might have my child a month early if they can't get my blood pressure under control. I was facing a life threatening situation and although, by grace of God, me and my baby ended up being just fine. There was a moment when I was a lone in the room not knowing my fate, that I realized that I wasn't scared for myself. All I wanted was for my baby to be ok. I myself was ok with death, I was not worried about that at all. I just kept praying...if it's my time then I understand, just make sure my daughter is ok...I'd be sad I wouldn't be there to see her grow, but if it is His will then so be it.
It was just so surreal for me because I always knew that I'm not scared of death. I always laugh it off saying I know where I'm going! But to be possibly facing death in the face and still have that peace is something I can't explain. I believe that was for me to see where I stand. He has saved my life in more ways than one and I can't wait for the day I can thank Him finally face to face!!
