My question is when you boarded the “free” plane to go home, were you questioned about the ducks? I am very curious to know how that situation was handled. I watch every episode. I LOVE that y’all are now twice a week! You are my Sunday evening Service and now my Wednesday afternoon Service (before Bible Study). I love that you are spreading the good news-in every State! I love everything Robertson’s. From Duck Commander, Duck Dynasty, I’ve read everyone of y’all’s books, watching each of you preach-all over the world, WFR, now the Podcasts. I can not get enough of y’all!!!!
I remember reading about the “Naysayer”. I turn deaf ears and blind eyes to them. Still LOVE them!

Quite often this behavior is started through them being abused as children themselves. Maybe you could pray that the hurt child in them could be healed and they realize the pain and fear they are putting on their victims. It can be life changing for all involved.

I get a lot out of these podcasts and thank you for your taking the time and making the effort to produce them. Al's comment about continuing the work he is doing with your family rather than running for governor of Louisiana got me to thinking. He is right because in my opinion the source of the ills we suffer from in our country is the current system of education. I live in CT and a half hour away from me is Yale University. Harvard, Brown and Dartmouth are all within about a couple of hours or so of here. These are some of the seed beds of thinking that can be safely described as anti Christian and irreligious. The irony is that they were all started back in the colonial times by religious minded people. In the 200+ years since then they have turned 180 degrees in the opposite direction of that which their founders set out on.
You and your family are providing a service of great benefit to the country by reintroducing the kind of thinking that those early founders held dear. Thank you for what you do and keep on doing it.

I have a question that is ALWAYS on my mind. 1 John says we can KNOW we are saved, but I have always struggled and have never had that confidence. I was baptized when I was 13 (and then again in my 20s) and I try to live right, but feel like I fail everyday. I understand everyone makes mistakes, but I want so badly to live perfectly. (I know this is impossible.). One of the verses that give me trouble are Matthew 7:21-23. These people were/are teaching in his name, casting out demons in his name and doing great things in his name, but He will say to them “I never knew you, you who practice lawlessness”. - I just don’t understand that.
1 Peter 4:18 - “and if the righteous scarcely be saved” -
Matthew 25:31-46. I’ve never visited anyone at a prison or seen anyone naked and needing clothes or invited strangers into my house. So then I start to worry.
And then there is Ananias and Sapphira who dropped dead because of their sin. So I’m afraid of sinning.
I know this all may sound silly to some, but it’s very real to me and I’m tired of living in fear and want to have confidence, peace and joy.
    Another verse...

    • @mdgtexas
      @mdgtexas 5 лет назад

You are already saved. Jesus paid with his life for our sins - the ransom is paid, Amen! The devil is trying to keep you in fear. Your chains are broken, you are free, listen to the Holy Spirit inside. If you feel disappointed when you sin, that is conviction - the unsaved rarely feel conviction - this is the Holy Spirit working on our behalf, telling us what is not in alignment with God. Listen more, fear less, you will be delivered. Pray about it and he will guide you. You have authority over the devil and his lurking, rebuke him when he tries to put you in fear. Lastly, seek a God-filled man for mentorship. God bless us all, in Jesus name, Amen!

You guys have helped me through so many hard times. Thank you. I have seen almost every episode of duck dynasty and now I am hooked on your podcast. As a struggling Christian man I have been putting my faith in god but I still mess up. I can hear god telling me stop smoking cigarettes and stop drinking beer. Although I have slowed way down I know in my heart what I need to do. And god has definitely punished me. I haul logs and It wont stop raining so i haven't made a dime in almost 2 months. I have started watching your podcast on RUclips and learning the word and now i have work. I know its god. But i still like to drink a couple beers, and i still smoke cigarettes. It's hard to quit. God is still taking care of me he knows my heart but he tells me true prosperity will come when I'm completely following his rules. And yet, he still provides me with enough to get by. Although I dont deserve it. Being self employed. I haul logs and do mechanic work. I didn't even have Christmas this year for the kids because I got so behind but he still gives me enough to keep afloat and not be homeless, and pay the Bill's, its getting better, since I'm studying the word and watching your podcast. Another great video. The one thing that bothers me about politics is, at this time in our country's history, there's so much more vitriolic hatred than I've ever heard, at least in my memory. I don't care what my neighbor's political stance -- I don't hate anyone, but I can sure disagree with some policies. We live in North Central Florida, I am a 74 year old widow and I consider myself fiscally conservative. I absolutely will not hate anyone for any reason, certainly not because of their political beliefs. May God bless you and your families, our nation's leaders as well as all of us on God's earth.

I have always been the same way as Phil when it comes to clothes... I don't wear any colors other than black brown tan or green... except denim pants and I don't really like them that much.

The comment about getting meat, eggs, milk, etc. from a grocery store yet not looking further of how they at there. Ask a kid where these come from, they say the grocery store. I worked on an egg producers farm and sold nest run eggs (not washed, not graded, laid that day, etc.) out of the processing house. One of our fine church ladies told that she just could not eat our brand of egg sold at a local store. Rather, she bought store brand eggs. Unknown to her, we processed eggs under various brands. She was eating our farm's eggs and did not know. Said the store brand eggs tasted so much better. She was never told the difference.

About the eating of all animals. Some animals are considered unclean because their job is to clean the earth. And they are not to eaten. I think this is for our benefit and not judgement if some do.

hello my name is Lisa and I live in canada. my question for the podcast has to do with family relationships. last year I had to make the difficult decision to cut ties with a family member. the relationship had become unhealthy for me and toxic. I have been told by people who know my family that it was wrong of me to do this since the family member is a parent. although I understand that cutting ties with a family member can sound extreme to some people I felt I had no choice in the matter. the decision was not made quickly or without thought. it was done after prayer and consulting with counsellors. what would be your advice for dealing with difficult family relationships. as difficult as this decision was I knew I had to do what was best for me. this may or may not be permanent but at least for now it is what had to be done.

I am a survivor of sex abuse, child abuse, domestic violence. I am a christian and believe that forgiveness is a good reason I am still putting one foot in front of the other. Forgiveness in no way means that you condone what has happened. nor does it require you to bring these folks into your home or have a personal relationship with them ,but it does genuinely open yourself to that great relationship that one shares with our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ

You DO whatever brings God's peace into your heart and keep on praying for that individual. These things happen for a specific reason and God appreciates how hard and difficult this decision was for you to make. Remember, God cares for both of you and YOU just maybe the instrument He chooses to use to make this situation right again and easier to cope with. With my blessings.

I had to do the same thing Lisa. It was with my father, who was abusive physically and verbally to me as a child. As an adult the verbal still continued. I turned to alcohol and drugs. I found God on May 9th 2008 and realized that to protect myself and my sobriety I can't have him in my life. Anyways in 2010 for some reason I took dad's phone call. He said I'm so proud that you are my son, and he apologized. We made amends, and thankfully we had a great relationship until he passed away. Keep a close relationship with God, look out for yourself, and the rest will come. Best of luck, and God Bless

I'm so glad you don't get to involve with politics, were are a crossroads in what we can say, believe, and our beliefs. The fore fathers would be so mad to see country going the way it is going. So Praise God, Keith with the good word, some these disintergrationist are expanding in our belovedcountry.
