And despite his heroic nature, Spider-Man has killed before when the opponent was too dangerous (he's even shot some of his foes), so if you bring up a vulcan gun, the dudes probably shoot it with a web, pick it up and throw it at you, making *you* paste.

Take Wilson Fisk's turrets for example- turrets built *better* than that of the Navy's that were speficially designed to counter Spider-Man, the guy who reacts FASTER than missles. We also have to take into account that he can dodge point blank gunfire even after the firearm is fired. If you are a human, you can't beat him. Spider-Man has dodged automatic gunfire and lasers, meaning he can dodge any weapon known to man. And Spider-Man is way stronger than how you said he was. Spider-Man was able to lift a hunk of steel that outweighed a locomotive, and the average locomotive in the 1960s is around 140 tons. And Spider-Man's webs have been able to restrain the Hulk, albeit for a limited time, and has shot his webbing into guns multiple times, preventing the gun firing. Since Spider-Man can easily dodge the Phalanx, he just has to shoot his webbing into the barrel of the unit, which is easy to figure out because he's a fricking genius, and only behind characters such as Iron Man, Reed Richards, Black Panther, and Doctor Doom in intelligence. And despite his heroic nature, Spider-Man has killed before when the opponent was too dangerous (he's even shot some of his foes), so if you bring up a vulcan gun, the dudes probably shoot it with a web, pick it up and throw it at you, making *you* paste.

Neither have I seen him dodge 75 rounds (Block 1B/1A) second from a machine whose rounds have a muzzle velocity of 3000+ feet per second. Plus, those automatic weapons you were talking about only have about 300 rounds a minute compared to the 4500 of the 1B/1A of the phalanx. In addition those were also aimed by gangsters with little to no training.

While I will say this was amazingly written...
The facts are wrong.
Take Wilson Fisk's turrets for example- turrets built *better* than that of the Navy's that were speficially designed to counter Spider-Man, the guy who reacts FASTER than missles.
Spidey takes it out.
Not to mention the fact that Spidey has some incredible reflexes. Remember, he's got the instincts of a SPIDER- who, as you guys put, has "lightning fast reflexes". So if we multiply thst by 50, or just a human teen, we've got a big problem for the guy trying to take Spidey out.
Next let's go over your whole "morality" thing.
Yeah, thag claymore thing's not gonna work either. Spider-Man- who can sense danger- would know of the claymore's presense and woul have either A. Webbed it up, or B. Throw it at the villian.
Also with the whole crawling thing- Spider-Man has been seen and known to climb very smooth surfaces. Just saying.
His wallcrawling ability is actually not a power related to spider skills. He actually has the ability to control the protons and electrons all over his skin(all over his body). This would mean that he could stick against any surface,except VERY wet surfaces as well as surfaces who have electrons and protons that change constantly (as we’ve seen Electro us against Spidey after learning of his wallcrawling ability). We also have to take into account that he can dodge point blank gunfire even after the firearm is fired. Spidey’s “Way of the spider” a technique he developed with a master martial artist,perfectly utilizes his abilities to make him even more deadly (even without his spider sense,he can dodge bullets). His blunt force resistance is insane af,being able to take hits from Hulk and Juggernaut and even take an explosion in the face,without being affected.And if we say that morality is out of the question,then all spidey has to do is bond with Venom (who,when bonded to,was able to make THOR BLEED,which says something).

For a smooth 1 second battle, throw uncle Ben's famous sentence "With great power comes great responsibility" at him. Due to uncle issues, he will breakdown in tears, ending the battle quickly.
Well Spider-man can actually stick to glass, but he does have trouble clinging to wet surfaces. Also Spider-mans danger sense would probably alert him to the claymore and he could probably web mj out of harm's way quickly. Not saying that wouldn't work you just better be quick thinking.
