wow you advice on staring at something to prevent death actually works. i was standing in the tracks and saw a train so i just stared at it and out of no where a siding just appeared and the train diverted off the main line and avoided me.

Another way to prevent Shulker death is by throwing an enderpearl by the ground or eating Chorus fruits. One thing about chorus fruits is that they always teleport you to any block in the ground. So it could take you to inside the End City, or it could take you outside. But you wont fall on the void or anything. Not to mention it's food, so it heals you :) So always have some of those in your hotbar when raiding Endcities. They come in handy
Tip: You can also use silk touch to stop silverfish from spawning (on Java at least) Edit: Some people in the replies are confused. I was talking about the blocks, not the mobs
@@tda8649 also mlg hay bale doesn't work in java (its really hard but possible I think, u have 0.25 sec to put it down compared to water buckets 1 sec) u can put down buckets of lava on silverfish and hoards of mobs, and u stack 3 up on iron golems, not down.
The actual pronunciation is (EL'-i-tra), but this in turn is actually the plural form of Elytron (EL'-i-tron): the protective forewings on an insect. Elytron is 1 wing, Elytra is a pair of wings.
A good tip to avoid drowning is also having a magma block on you when you go diving. When you are low on bubbles you can place it down and crouch on it. It will pull you towards itself, but you are safe as long as you're crouching, you are safe and will regain bubbles.
@@amanasif4973 soul sand is a good tool for getting back up quickly without drowning, but if you want to stay under water for longer, the magma block will be better, because it will keep you on the ground, while also providing you with bubbles. The damage can really be avoided by crouching.

Leaving the village won't stop the iron golems anger, it will stop following you after a certain amount of blocks and return to the village but once you get c.ose to the village it will start going towards you and attack you again.
For the iron golem thing, my brother and I would always run to our nether portal and enter it and return back to the over world to remove the anger of the iron golem
13. the best way to fight wither in my opinion is to dig a long tunnel (around 50 blocks), a good bow and a good sword (with smite) just attack the wither and slowly move backwards. it's possible to defeat the wither with no damage unless you're playing on bedrock because this wither is stupidly powerful
As soon as I see a creeper I run at it smack it and back off, then repeat till they die, running attacks have just enough knockback to stop creepers from doing the explosion attack as long as you back off immediately after hitting them

my favorite anti-shulker technique is the water bucket. Not only does it soften the fall, but if you can place it above you, the water current will push you down even when affected by the shulker debuff.

Chorus fruit are a livesaver. They will always teleport you to solid ground, and if you eat one when floating up, you'll go straight to the ground.

In the nether, where water evaporates, hay bales are a good way of reducing fall damage. In the other two dimensions tho, water bucket is better.

I think it's a java only thing
my favorite anti-shulker technique is the water bucket. Not only does it soften the fall, but if you can place it above you, the water current will push you down even when affected by the shulker debuff.
