A little concerned how many people I have commenting that I should blow in the cartridge. PSA to anyone watching, do NOT blow in your cartridge. Use ipa and a q tip or one of the cartridge cleaning kits you can buy. Blowing in the cartridge will just get your spit all over the pins and make it worse. It’s pretty straightforward what I was doing in the video. Slide the cartridge in and out of the slot as a quick fix, as the friction will rub off the corrosion or whatever else might be on the cartridge. If that doesn’t work, use ipa, like I said in the video that I’d do later. And guess what? I used ipa after the video and got the games working. And as always, the person who sent me this was paid in full because the games were working once cleaned. This trade in is from 2022. I don’t even do trade ins anymore lol
As a 90's kid I feel disrespected with the way you handled the gameboy games in the video it was as if you just didn't care about them and if you would of just took the 2 seconds to blow into the cartridge I guarantee they would of all worked unless they had some form of liquid damage which is understandable given how old they are.

if you tried a simple quick blow then the cartridge should work then you can clean the pins to make sure you dont have to keep doing it

They did load up, once I cleaned them with ipa like I said I would do.
