The cigar case was a nice little touch! I thought that mounting whips to an antenna distro was not a good idea for some technical reason about groundplate in RX that I don't quite recall, but now I have seen both James and Chris do it. Is there any drawback from having whips on a distro compared to directly on the receivers? It does look more tidy and swapping to fins/diploes should be faster.
Dustbrigade Better to have them just on the receiver. Though I’ve found it fine for when I’m close enough to talent. If I could space the antennas a bit, that would be nice.
Thank you Pitassa! We have some very fun video projects in the works - also we hope to soon release some new How To videos about rigging and getting the best results with LAV Mics
Thanks! We are using my wireless, and James + I both set up our own lavs :) . It's always fun doing sound with another sound mixer! Fun note: my lav is mounted in my hair with hideamic clips ;)
@@KyllandMusic Cool! I had to go back and re watch it and found it when really looking for it imgur.com/H3GNupM Is his under the zipper? Maybe with some tape in between the metal flap to stop it from making a ringing sound?
Great kit! Very clean and portable. Also, shout out to the led light on the pelican!
