    I’m jealous of your neck pocket technique. I’ve attempted several, and a tight fit still evades me. Nice work!

    I thought I'd make a unique tele to use on stage and in the process removed 4 fingers, I don't play in the band anymore. Watching this just gives me the earge to make another.

    Roasted maple neck would really top it off, or make existing neck aged...Great job.

    I’m so sorry, I couldn’t help but to laugh really hard when you accidentally routed that audio hole bigger. Definitely something I’ve accidentally done with a router

      Seriously, clever recovery on that. I thought you were gonna epoxy it in, but it still looks great

      Haha, that’s happened a number of times before. Luckily this guitar’s overall theme allowed this solution, because I have thrown out bodies because of this before

    Beautiful guitar. Me wants it. I’m normally a maple-board kinda guy, but on this occasion I think rosewood would have looked better. A darker fret board would have matched and balanced the dark spots on the main body.

    How did you connect the pickup holes to the control plate hole? I am currently building and am stuck on this step!

    • @horsefighter_69
      @horsefighter_69  Год назад

      You can buy drill bits that are long enough to reach the control cavity from the pickup cavities. Usually a 6mm will do

    I suppose this guitar should be heavy as hell

    • @horsefighter_69
      @horsefighter_69  3 месяца назад

      It is pretty heavy, especially for a telecaster, but you can still play standing up

    I fucking hate gaming laptops.
    Today when I walked into my economics class I saw something I dread every time I close my eyes. Someone had brought their new gaming laptop to class. The Forklift he used to bring it was still running idle at the back. I started sweating as I sat down and gazed over at the 700lb beast that was his laptop. He had already reinforced his desk with steel support beams and was in the process of finding an outlet for a power cable thicker than Amy Schumer's thigh. I start shaking. I keep telling myself I'm going to be alright and that there's nothing to worry about. He somehow finds a fucking outlet. Tears are running down my cheeks as I send my last texts to my family saying I love them. The teacher starts the lecture, and the student turns his laptop on. The colored lights on his RGB Backlit keyboard flare to life like a nuclear flash, and a deep humming fills my ears and shakes my very soul. The entire city power grid goes dark. The classroom begins to shake as the massive fans begin to spin. In mere seconds my world has gone from vibrant life, to a dark, earth shattering void where my body is getting torn apart by the 150mph gale force winds and the 500 decibel groan of the cooling fans. As my body finally surrenders, I weep, as my school and my city go under. I fucking hate gaming laptops.

    Mine works too. I used the Woodglut plans and performed it without any problems.
