The capabilities of these grinding machines never cease to amaze me. Excellent work, Chris! Time is money. Having the ability to produce your own custom tools in-house is the most efficient, cost-effective route to take.

@@gianki83if you were listening to the video it saved a lot of time. Without it, they would have had to have each part go back for a roughing pass. Adds what I’d guess to be atleast 2 seconds part.

The ability to produce custom tooling for a job is simply mind-blowing! It makes me wonder what a little imagination and AI will be able to accomplish in the manufacturing space.

Titan, can we get a video about organizing your endmills, drills, Indexables ect?
I am using a 5 drawer tool cart and losing track of what I have and don't know which way to go. Vidmar? Another bigger toolbox ect
    Maybe some robodrill content please!

See some room for improvements but definitely nice seeing videos on cutter grind. Both Anca and Walter have great software packages. 3rd grind is called tertiary...kind of a fun word to say.

I'm jealous of the nice wheel measuring and collect protection software, I dont have that on my Anca's lol. Nice to see us toolmakers getting the spotlight every once in awhile!

@@danielgigandet2938 We're a small shop compared to most toolmakers. Im running a 2014 mx5 and i think 2012 rx7. we just dont have the funds for all the tech. Maybe it'll be good in the long run since i can show i can hit tolerances with basically a mic and a comparator if I look to move on from my current, who knows

Titans of CNC ... : A question for you guys: The whole world uses the metric system. W H Y , please WHY do Americans still use the old fashioned, outdated, imperial system.....???
Working with the metric system is SO much easier. Less prone to mistakes. And everybody else uses metric, as well.
Even the creators of the imperial system, the British, have abolished their own system and are only using metric, now.
(They started using it in 1965....!!!)

Dude I could smoke you on my Anca. All of that polishing is unnecessary, and I hate how you have your wheel packs setup.
