Pretty much. Villentretenmerth had said that Yennefer will never recover her womb. Yennefer and Geralt needed to find their missing piece are they would lose eachother. They can't make it work with just the two of them. Expecially considering Yennefer's feelings on the wish Geralt made. Ciri is that missing piece. In that episode everyone was trying to get the egg. The green dragons baby. The egg had its mother and Villentretenmerrg to protect it. Now Ciri is that egg being presued by everyone with Yennefer as the green dragons and Geralt as Villentretenmerth protecting her.
