Time comment this flip trend there because who ever is doing it, is doing it really wrong and that's why the houses wont sell. Buy the worst house in the block and flip it, not the nicest one. The crap next door will bring the property value down, and no amount nice furniture will fix it

Like how often can one find a picture of a storage room that just has big pile of crap? Not this house, but browsing idealista in 3-10m range, so many that they make me question if spain has ever heard of shelfs or storage bins? And what was the photographer thinking taking picture of it, and why did the agent post it? Spain, wtf is wrong with you?
