Even though I have a steam deck. This would make a nice smaller portable.
2 questions. 1 can you use a faster cl timing on the RAM?
2 can you use liquid metal for the cpu thermals?
The max it shows in bios is 2100mhz but have not tested yet. I have never used liquid metal on anything but it should work.
what kind of screwdriver did you use?

next time disconnect the battery first before cleaning the apu with alchohol, even using high % ipa doesn't hurt to be extra caution
can you test it on apex legends? im just wondering how many fps it can make

Can the unit be taken apart further? I'm asking because the rubber padding underneath the x button has worn out and I need to replace it.
If you know what you are doing you can take it apart completely.
I put a 3200mhz 32gb ram and shared 8gb for video, it worked. But could not OC to 1600 mhz, it gets in loop

is it possible to change the cpu for a ryzen 5 2500u reballing ?
I don't think ryzen 2500 is compatible wirh ddr5
I'm not able to OC above 1333 MHz (2666 MHz) using that same RAM kit. Any ideas?

Some heavy games like cyberpunk and forza horizon 5 run better.

Yes, on indy games i hear the fan turn off sometimes. Before that never happened.
