    • @gladyswalker2965
      @gladyswalker2965 2 года назад +3

      @Eddie Adams, I believe that everybody has an opinion, but in the way you said, you do not have to be so mean. She always will be a teacher, and she is a good teacher. They are doing what they love, life is too short, and we don't know what will happen tomorrow. Also, from what I see, they seem like a good couple working together, saving, and being smart about how they spend their money. I am happy for them. Maybe you had a bad experience in your life; I appreciate your feedback but find a better way to give it or keep it to yourself. Stop writing, wasting comments, and taking your time to work on yourself; go to counseling; trust me, it works. You will not regret it. @flippingkindergardenteacher, I agree you should block negative people like him

    I just sold a generational farm. 150 years in the family! My great grandparents were the first settlers in the township & immigrants from Germany & Ireland . 39.7 acres, a creek running through it, pond dug out, 4 out buildings and a two story house. 5 generations of items inside! It was a great deal of work. Kudo’s to you Lauren. I did most of it alone intil God surprised & blessed me one day with a few amazing friends from my childhood that re-connected with me!

From everything I've seen at your new house, it looks like a great property. You & Neiman are both hard workers and I'm sure you will put together a plan to slowly turn the house & work area into your dream spaces. You will feel very proud to be homeowners. There is something very special knowing that the grounds & home you will care for are truly yours, for as long as you choose. I'm overjoyed for you both. You are blessed to have a loving family. I'm proud of you, and excited as you share this new phase of your journey.🌷🏠🌷

    If I was there, I would be taking all the trim work and I saw a door that I really liked. Wood is very expensive today. I would even take up the hardwood floors if there were any. I would also take the windows. People look for that stuff when they are remodeling or building tiny houses.

    I got tired just to watch you guys, going to sleep now....lol And this is just the beginning... All the best for you guys in your new home, I'm sure the house is going to be beautiful when you finish with it. Sad that they're going to demolish all that property, shop, house etc etc. Again, Good luck! I wish I was closer to help you with the new house, that was my job, rehabbing old houses for investors.

    I love your new place! I know people are commenting on you buying it without inspections but it’s sometimes the only way young couples like yourselves can afford to get a home. Plus, it was recommended by your landlord and I feel that he’s an honourable man who has your best interests in mind. You’re both enthusiastic, clever and skilled so fixing the place up will not only make it your own but give you both wonderful memories of your first home. Relish this time. I see your vision all the way from here in Australia 🇦🇺. And I’m so happy you’re bringing us along. Cheers, Vanessa

      Such an amazing comment! We can’t thank you enough for the support.
      We feel super confident in this home and it’s potential! Our landlord is very knowledgeable when it comes to this process as he has multiple rental properties and has seen quite a bit of stuff! He wouldn’t have let us go through with it if he had seen something fishy or risky!
      We can’t wait to share this next journey with you Vanessa and are so thankful for the positivity and support! Now to work 💪✨

      @@FurnitureFlippingTeacher oh you’re most welcome guys! My hubby and I have always done projects together and we have so many funny memories and even funnier ones from when things went wrong 🤣 Don’t let any discouragement get to your heart. You are both doing great!

    I love the new house and would LOVE to get my hands on it. I know there is a lot that needs to be done and it may take a couple of years to get it “perfect” but it will look great when you are done. And think of all that equity 😁. So glad you got all those cabinets sold! No need to add to the landfill with perfect good cabinets! So, did I hear a mumbling about an Airbnb?? Now we can all rotate in and out of your future Airbnb!

    Oh man....what a job! But you and Neiman with the help of your family are doing it.....You have such a supportive family. So nice to see. Please don't be afraid of using some of your storage pieces to furnace your new home. You and Neiman have such good taste. Cannot wait for Episode 6.

    When I redid our built in robes I included a fixed computer shelf with a pull out keyboard shelf in every room. Also had pull down hanging rails so there was not top shelf to store ancient garbage we never used. You will never be sorry to have a little home of your own. Good luck.

    The kitchen cabinets could make some great flips to furniture - great cradenzas and TV stands and storage possibilities as well as coffee bars or stacked for a stand alone pantry
