Bonjour Daxi, mad respects to your hard work & dedication in what u have done in your life for your age. I'm sure u will do well on YT with the kind of mindset u have 💪 Glad to know that your battle against cancer was a success & do take care of your health too 🙂 Stay safe, take care bro~~~
Bonjour Brandon! Thank you for the kind words bro ❤️❤️ I appreciate you taking the time to comment in your busy schedule! We will all do amazing things!
Dax, this channel is amazing. Thank you so much for sharing your story. It’s inspirational. The algorithm presented it to me when I started rewatching other poketubers, and I saw your shorts. That’s the primary draw I had to this channel. No muss. No fuss. Just pure info. Thanks for being such a great guy, too, man. You are very responsive and attentive to this community here.
Congrats on beating cancer and all of your accomplishments! I actually started pmqyojg again when I was stuck at home with a broken knee cap and unable to work. Really started getting into it and gave me motivation to get out and walking during my rehab! Love your videos, attitude, and way presenting information. Keep up the great work!
It’s really crazy to hear about all the stuff going on behind the scenes in the lives of the people we see online all the time. The health issues and major grinding to make videos with little return over the year… idk man I can really relate to that. And the vegan thing as well, I decided to go vegan back in 2018 and have stuck with it ever since. Life has been hard but when you stop and really look, there’s always something to live for. Thanks for this upload. GOD bless. 🙏

Appreciate you taking the time to comment. It's never smooth at the start but always remember to look back and see how far you have come
Not just the skill set, the passion. Its the content that hits the spot. I subscribe to a number of creators and you nail the content. Always informative, concise and SUPER useful. Ty
Doing so much at a young age is so inspiring plus so so glad you recovered from your chemotherapy. I actually consider myself lucky for finding your channel because of how much you’ve helped me with pogo but also finding out you have an amazing personality. Been here since 20k and can’t wait till we get to see the 100k subscriber video :)
I remember watching your Luminous X event Vlog and being like… Peter McKinnon would be proud of this. Not trying to brag but one of my main pogo grinding areas is directly outside matti haapoja’s studio and I secretly hope to ur into him and fan boy him. Congrats on the success of your channel and health. Great stuff! Puttin 🇨🇦 on the pogo map

Brag all the way. Im fan boi too. Thank you man though appreciate that ❤️
I have to write a letter to Niantic. Daxi's story when he was going through chemotherapy is an example of a mobility compromised player. It furthers my opinion that incense effectiveness and pokestop distance should remain. Limiting pokemon spawns simply because someone is unable to leave their home or has difficulty moving is not acceptable. Niantic your game is exceptionally good. Please retain these accessibility features and find ways to share your game with as many people as possible.
Your story brought me to tears. I did have cancer 3 years ago and I know how challenging it is. Congratulations and respect for successfully going through this hard time. You are now a role model not only for pokemon players but also for young people going through difficult times. Thank you for sharing your story with us. Greetings from france! 💙

This was a great video. It was nice to get to know more your journey. Man, this is inspiring. And yes I whole heartedly agree that you always provide the most precise information without wasting any time That's why I always look for your videos no matter what event comes out. Keep up the amazing work. 100k is not far!!!
You are inspiring! Your videos are VERY helpful and they are making it fun getting back to Pokémon. The information is clear and concise, and fun to listen to! Keep up the good work but don’t burn out. We all appreciate your videos!
I am happy you beat cancer and achieved success in RUclips. It's really amazing and I didn't expect you to go through a lot so early in life. But what doesn't kill you makes you stronger. Peace brother ☮️
Awesome story Dax! I only met you in person once but I feel like I've known you for so long. Definitely appreciate the personality and heart you put into your videos.
love your content saw you on my youtube shorts one time and liked how you would quickly explain info about pogo and be very succinct about it keep it up!!!
I used to think you were hardcore from the amount of grinding you did for the PoGo Content, but after learning you went through Chemo and powered through it makes you even more hardcore!
I love your videos for the fact that you give out the information in a short video faster than anyone. It is even easier to rewatch again if i forgot something. Followed you for the tips and subscribed as a regular viewer , peace ✌🏻
You're amazing man. thanks for making this video ^^ i've really enjoyed watching your channel the last 3 months, now that i've started playing pokemon go myself during a hard time in my life. I really resonated with your story. All the best to you Dax :D!
My gf and I once were looking something up and came across your video, it blew my mind how much information you provide in the shortest amount of time possible.
Hi Daxi/James! What a great video of your journey! So glad that you beat cancer and are doing great things! Bur also happy that you are in college! Your mom sounds awesome! I am a mom of 3 and play PG with my 2 sons. I just started playing in February of this year. I’ve been subscribed to your channel since March of this year when I first found you! Thank you for such awesome content!
Hi Dax! I started playing pogo when it came out and played it with my kids off and on. Your tips have helped me and I have leveled above them now. 😊 My son will be 20 this year. I love seeing what you’ve done and can only imagine what is yet headed your way!
Im so glad, I found your channel. your POGO content is always so helpful and has so much info to learn from. you're great at this. Keep it up man, much love. :)
Thanks for making this video! You've had a widely varied set of experiences these last few years, and In so glad that God brought you through all of that to a healthy, productive and happy person! I'm a 75 year old great grandmother playing Pokemon Go to help keep myself moving! I've had a lot of illness and trouble, as well, and In so glad you persevered through all your experiences. God bless you in your future endeavors!
Thank you for sharing your story. I've been watching your videos for awhile but just came across this video now. I've gained a whole new perspective and respect for you after hearing your story.
Awesome video brother❤️... Glad to get to know so much about your life... It's really good to know the Pokemon go helped you feel better at tough times of life and now you're PokeDaxi🔥... Never knew you're 20, I thought you're 22-23... It's awesome that you can put up such good content and editing at 20... Keep up the good work❤️... Hope you're doing well now!
Love that your have business mind set! I am 35 and opened my first business a year and half ago in Ottawa, Its doing very well. I am trying to hard to get a poke stop at the business! you will do well in that industry! Keep it up. Also went to Algonquin College and graduated. Big thing which obviously you are okay with is that being a business owner you better be able to work 70 hour weeks. Looks like you will be fine and best of luck.
Love your videos and I'm so happy for you man. I'm glad I found you during your rise. Also that mammoth mug lid always be breaking. Mine is also broken like yours lol 😆
I remember that time that you got only 2500 subscribers and since then i have been watching your videos keep up the good work :) 100k is not far away :)
I never played any Pokemon games or even watched pokemon growing up but I started watching your channel when I started playing Pokemon go again. Your videos have helped me alot. It's cool that your mother plays Pokemon go with you.
Daxi "don't call me Jim ", lol . You did a lot of cool stuff and I am Impressed at least you tried most people have dreams but that's all they are and never try them.
Houden zo. Grt Tamara van België

Defintely a long drive for some people. Luckily only 2 hours from ottawa which isn't that bad
@ during that time i was in laval( a smaller city right beside Montreal) so it wasn't that far but holy crap were having young kids in the car annoying
Man, you're such a busy guy! My question is how do you manage to keep this busy without burning out? I know filming & editing is a lot of work, especially with school, another channel and social life...
What am amazing journey through Life. Beating cancer; starting several businesses; 2 video channels; all before the age of twenty. I follow your channel religiously for its wealth of information. And the tips and tricks you mention are not present in other Poketubers videos. Kudos Dax. Way to go dude. 🤗😘
Dax you've grown into much more than a channel on RUclips for me. I wait to see any new tips, I plan to get up so I can watch streams and interact with you and this community. Now to hear what you've been through and how much you've worked towards your passion it's humbling. I can't wait to see the next milestone shattered here! 70k? 100k? 250k? We'll see in the coming weeks my friend!
A great background video. I thought "Wow, this could be boring but there must be something to it". A lot of life and work experience before 20. I've only watched 4 videos so far, all in the past week. I like that you go in and admit mistakes and ask for people to correct you if you are wrong. I'm in rural Japan so I play differently than city dwellers but have still reached level 47 (actually as day or two shy yet). The 121 Tips video should blow up your subs once it gets shared around. I've shared it a few times. (Please look up how to pronounce "eligible" :) it threw me off when you said it in your poke stop videos ). And it's strange but the spacing of how "Time Stamps" shows on screen freaks me out... 🙃 Good luck with the channel
You're killing it, I look for your videos to prepare for raid days and community days. I realize this video is old but I hope you did well in school and finished up or almost finished by now! I laughed at the family Dr part, it's hard to explain to Americans but it's essentially your PCP or primary care provider here in the US. In Canada at least on the east coast family Dr's are hard to come by and have very long wait times to see them so you end up going to the ER or see student doctors until you can actually see your family Dr, it sucks lol. I hope you get to become a pokemon or Niantic partner or brand ambassador if you aren't already!
Thanks for sharing! I always wanted to know a little bit more about you This scratched that itch (no pun intended). We love you, so happy u r using more of this platform instead of tick tock. Man, you're such a busy guy! My question is how do you manage to keep this busy without burning out? I know filming & editing is a lot of work, especially with school, another channel and social life...
Great video man, really great iv been a subscriber for awhile now but I never seen this till now. Respect!

Damn. That's one wild ride. u've had a lot of patience and respect for ur hard work.
Oooo thank God you are safe now
Thanks for sharing your life story 💛
Huge fan, bro! 👏👏👏
You are like me, trying to fit in, just trying to make friends and being nice and not the mean person
Good luck with the channel
You're killing it, I look for your videos to prepare for raid days and community days. I realize this video is old but I hope you did well in school and finished up or almost finished by now! I laughed at the family Dr part, it's hard to explain to Americans but it's essentially your PCP or primary care provider here in the US. In Canada at least on the east coast family Dr's are hard to come by and have very long wait times to see them so you end up going to the ER or see student doctors until you can actually see your family Dr, it sucks lol. I hope you get to become a pokemon or Niantic partner or brand ambassador if you aren't already!
Just started pokemon again after 3+years and your videos have helped me sooo much, would've been lost if not for your videos. Thankyou
Thanks for sharing! I always wanted to know a little bit more about you This scratched that itch (no pun intended). We love you, so happy u r using more of this platform instead of tick tock. We started watching you in RUclips shorts. Hearing about your grind is and should be inspirational to all of us.
