I live near Boston and I’ve been to Peretti’s a million times. I used to work right across the street. It is on the small side yes. You can smoke inside but there is no lounge. Great bunch of guys there but just like Watch City….they’re Boston nice. 😅 Take care. 👍

Watch City is in Framingham which is about 20 miles west of Boston. Don’t go during rush hour.
