Thanks for posting this Malcolm In the Middle episode, I love how funny this video is! Starting from Malcolm's facial expression unimpressed by the sexy heart throb, David Cassidy, whose fan volume base was at one time bigger than Elvis Presley's and the Beatles' fan base volume. Also hilarious is to see Malcolm's mom really excited jumping up & down over watching David perform. He is truly talented and sounds good, regardless of whose song he's performing (a pink hit). Lookswise, I prefer his former hairstyle which made him look strikingly gorgeous, but this is a comedy skit so the hairstyle he donned here is hilariously effective :-).
I agree. I never like the swept back look that he adopted when he got older. I think he should have kept it similar to how he had it in the old days, more flattering.
I don't know why David didn't do more comedy. He really showed his comedic timing, in The Partridge Family; especially scenes with Danny. They were hilarious together.
haha never saw this (don't actually watch the show) but talk about a laugh.....such a shame that his talent wasn't taken seriously enough by those in 'Tinseltown' and he managed to pull off singing those songs by Pink & Madoona well what a shame all went belly up in the last few years :( RIP David you had so much more to give (if you'd been allowed to)
Gary, I come back and watch this every once in awhile and every single time I do, I shriek with laughter as if I'm seeing it for the very first time.! It cracks me up ...it never ever gets old. This was my absolute favorite episode of Malcolm in the Middle. The entire episode was hilarious from start to finish!
The scenes with Boone Vincent reminded of a short from Looney Tunes where hens are swooning over the rooster caricature of Frank Sinatra at Porky Pig’s Farm.
