The theoretical minimum is 6* The first 4 are to unlock hyper mode for the first 4 stages, and for the first 3 also unlocking the next stage. Then run 5 is moonglow, the asterisk comes in with the super secret stage you get the yellow sign in, as it could count as a seperate run. And the 6th and final one is where you get the reaper killing weapons. You also need to get an Orologion in one of your first 4 runs. But that is compleatly possible.
