ℹ Automatic level crossing on the minor road leading from the populated area of Toton to the Attenborough nature reserve and nature centre: it's a massive and beautiful place so I highly recommend visiting it! This crossing is equipped with quiet E2S alarms, alongside its SPX Rail Systems barriers from 2009 and LED lights. Attenborough station and its adjacent level crossing are about half a kilometre to the northeast from here.
In this video, we see a St. Pancras to Nottingham inter-city train about to finish its journey, operated by a Class 222. This is another one of those videos where an ignorant driver both blocks my camera and keeps their engine running during the video. Thankfully, this car is one of those quiet engine ones and didn't disrupt the whole video.
