I never comment on videos but I just had to say how much I relate to adhd and reading. I have virtually the same relationship with reading as you, from a child to an adult. I’ve not been able to read as an adult and it’s only in the last few years since finding out I have adhd that I’ve linked the two. Strangely I managed to read a book when I had my youngest daughter (who is now two) whilst feeding but I think it is because my days were so stripped back to eating and feeding that I had the capacity to read. When you are ready I would be interested to know more about how you adjusted each area of your life. You’ve inspired me to visit the library, somewhere I go regularly with my children but never for myself ❤
I completely feel you on the dog anxiety - mine has been through the roof since my pug turned 10, and it's dawning on me that he's not going to be by my side forever and ever. Dogs are everything.
It’s so hard isn’t it? Maddie is 10 in December and for some reason I feel like that’s a milestone all dog lovers panic about! We need them to stick around way longer don’t we?
So chuffed that it worked! I spend way too much money on bird food to have them eating all the cherries too 😅 but they did get to enjoy the ones at the top that I couldn’t reach so fair’s fair.
I think when I was younger it was my hyperfocus and I suppose we can’t pick what that is at different times in our life! Sounds like she’s super creative and has a great imagination! ❤️

My daughter has adhd and she cant sit and read. She loves pictures and drawing and creating characters and stories but just hasn't got the focus ❤

Yeah it's so strange isn't it! My son is 6 and loves his tonie box and is a brilliant reader and he's autistic/ADHD too. Everyone is so different ❤
