i think maybe it would be a good idea to pack up all the books you plan to keep and leave out the "maybe, need to read first" book on your shelves for now
This was the best book unhaul I have come across thus far on RUclips. It it doubled as a book tour of your gorgeous collection of books. It was entertaining, thorough, and beautiful on the eyes to watch all the lovely books you had. I watched your video three times because you had so many titles that I had not heard of before and made a list of items I wish to check out. Well done!
I feel like if you're only keeping a book because it's pretty or has sprayed edges, it's just not worth it. But that's me; I've moved across the U.S. with books before and it was such a nightmare that I basically condensed down to one small bookshelf and just use libraries now. 🤣
I have yet to read them, but I got most of the Poirot dirt cheap at a book sale. Literally, all books were $1-$2 USD (except for special ones). It's truly a used book paradise, They use old buildings for it so for a while it was in the old Toys R Us building, and the whole space was covered in tables of books, cds, dvds, etc
This is the first time I've seen anyone on RUclips mentioning 'Her Dark Wings' - I read it at the beginning of the year and really enjoyed it, so I'm glad you kept it :)
it's pretty interesting to see that some people love pretty books so much, bc i don't care about that at all lol. it would not be a reason to keep a book for me
@@welshreader It defintely gets better the further you get into the series. I don’t want to give spoilers (in case you do read it) but book 3 is almost completely different from book 1

Skyward, I again loved the first book! But also in this case the series goes downhill after sadly😢
maybe im bias towards keeping Elizabeth Lim's books, but as a fan of her works i will say that i enjoyed Six Crimson Cranes (and its sequel The Dragon's Promise) moreso than Spin/Unravel. if the romance in Spin/Unravel wasn't your thing, Six/Dragon focuses more on the familial bond of a youngest sister and her 6 older brothers and it's very sweet. there is a romance with the sister and a boy but the dynamic is MUCH different than the one in Spin/Unravel, so maybe it'd be one that you'd like more?
This was such a good and detailed video! With Master of Sorrows, it’s so good but the author is taking foreverrrr to release the third book 😅 kinda wish I never got into it because the waiting is so frustrating.
You moved somewhere with less space for books?. One of my few considerations when buying a new place is a minimum of double the wall space I have in my current flat.
I was lucky that my old house was my mum’s and I was renting off of her. We couldn’t afford a house that big unfortunately but I’m in love with our new house and wouldn’t change it! It’s a 3 bed so I probably could use a room for books but I don’t want to😄
