Running observations in a fleet is best or just continuing to kill drones is good.

Hi, I wanted to ask you if its possible to kill an incerpiant drones with a 150 railgun II or would a small focused pulse laser II be better? I use an astero for the cloak but not sure a good fit. I know its expensive but i am ok with that. Would you be able to recommend a fit that might work on the Astero to kill them? Thanks.

I have been using a cloaky kite tristan with mwd and small repper.
You can usually kite from them and kill a III or IV drone.
