one thing is that a dreadnought can go into a pos, so that is very good if you cant afford a fortizar and are solo.

For me being a solo cap builder in low sec the cost for me to build them is more like 8b+

they are on the test server and its for giving out to training members to get the skills for the course if they dont have them trained yet

Are Zirnitras used for anything ?
They are very good for bashing things that do not have a damage cap, like pocos and POSes. Otherwise they are used to be blingy and show off really.

If you were a new player and your only goal was to pilot caps in PVP how would you go about that?
I would start pvp on a much smaller scale. If you skill inject into a cap and try to pvp in it you will just get blobbed and die.
