Hello to anyone that maybe having trouble with the verification code. Do this in the U.S.A create your account with Topdon. Then on your Artidiag 800bt login in on the new tool it will bypass the verification code. do the update it ask you to do then the next thing that will come up. is your paper with the SN and activation code then your done. The new tool is working. Also you do not need to do all the updates do to some are for vehicles out of country.

I can't get past username it keeps saying must contain letter number and underscore 6 characters or more
I have the same problem as you unfortunately its doing my head in spent nearly 3 hours trying to get my password sorted out
I eventually got mine working cannot see the point of password protected i am the only person who will use it
