This is probably my second time sitting through a 30 minute interview. The first one was seb getting interviewed in romanian. Even though i cant sit through these things properly, gets distracted in the middle and never get back into it, seb somehow made me want to watch him talk forever. He has this look in his eyes and the earnestness and passion and kindness when he speaks is so touching. It’s so beautiful the way he talks about things and his experiences, and i am always going to admire him for saying he won’t change his flaws cuz he needs them. He always talks about his growth and it makes me feel okay with where i am and how i can always grow. Sebastian stan, what a man.
Very well said, and it's true also... I never use to pay attention to him... But when I did... I didn't regret at all... He is so cool, and he seems patient and understanding.... I don't know how he is still not married though.. Am envious of the woman he will spend he life with

I can see why Chris Evans and Sebastian get along they sound similar in how they speak about acting. He’s so observant in the way he speaks of other people. Definitely a great listener and the interviewer was awesome to!
he’s so well spoken and his voice is very soft. i really enjoy listening to him and what he has to say.
He is one of the most underrated actors ever! He puts so much effort into his movies and it shows! I don't know what is the definition of best actor according to Hollywood but c'mon! He deserves so much more recognition for his movies!

I’m only 8 minutes in and I’m loving this interview. I love how she’s listening to what he is saying and asking more questions about things he said to get more insight and letting him talk about it as much as he likes. I don’t know how many interviews I’ve seen where people cut him off and talk over him. I love this! I don’t think I’ve ever seen an interview with Sebastian like this before. I love the freedom she is giving him so far. You can tell how passionate, down to earth and humble this man is. A truly beautiful and talented human being ❤️🥺 I can’t help but love this man.

Such a smart man, I love listening to him.
I understand what he's saying about not wanting to waste this time that we've all been given from out of nowhere. I've seen those posts on social media where they're like, "If you haven't used this time to get a new hobby/write that book/do crafts/finish home projects/whatever then you're just lazy." Thankfully I've seen even more where people are saying that it's okay if you haven't done everything you wanted. I feel like someone should tell him that.
I'm pretty sure he only wants to keep his mind occupied and that's why he said that. If you follow sebastian's career then you'd know he works non stop. He's always doing something and he does talk about about mental health, he said in the podcast with Don saladino that his therapist told him to have a routine and things to do, to get ready and so on. If you don't do anything in these times, that's ok, if you find things to do so your mind don't drive you crazy, that's ok too. At the end I believe he knows what you said, and he isn't doing anything we all ain't doing. I mean, writing and watching movies? That's.. what we all do? Maybe not writing but watching movies and series yes, he didn't say anything exotic or something :)
yeah like I legit have one productive thing I've been chipping away at through this, the rest is just time wasting bullshit. but honestly if binge watching shows and shit is keeping my mind off things and keeping me sane then it's fine.
I guess it's about finding a balance. I have anxiety and depression so what's happening right now can be tough on us. If I sit down and only watch tv all-day I know it's not gonna be good for me. I need to be productive and take this crazy time to learn something positive, you know? In a way it makes me feel like I still can control something. And it's probably the same for him. There's nothing wrong with watching tv all day if it makes you feel better. People also say that putting clothes on in the morning and making your bed can make you feel better so... whatever suits your boat I guess!

I can't believe this man, i have no doubts that If he wanted he could conquer the world with his charisma, his talent and beauty, and yet he is one of the most humble and low profile guy from this industry. The best lessons are observational in nature. He understands to truly be a great actor it’s all about observing the process. Love him. Loved Endings, Beginnings. We need to protect actors like this. He is a gem.
She's a fantastic interviewer. Sebastian & Shai really sold the passion, the intimacy . . .and the struggles they BOTH had in their lives. Interesting comment in film at the diner, Frank says, "girls scare me". Made me want to know more about that (dichotomy). Also what happened to Jack. . .who was the father? This is in the realm of the Before trilogy films, sooooo we'll be needing two more.

It's easy to get caught up in the BE PRODUCTIVE mentality, but the lockdown is such a lifestyle shift, and anyone with anxiety or who catastrophizes (catastro- yeah) can confirm the strain on the mind and body that this whole thing can have. Just make sure your schedule includes time to rest, everyone! 💖
