I tried using Recoverit, and, when I couldn't get it to work, Wondershare support said that it was because I needed to be using Dr.Fone, despite this video suggesting that both work, and despite they themselves telling me to try Recoverit first before I try Dr.Fone. Well I hope that the third option works because I had a lot of pictures on my old phone and when I was backing up a bunch of pictures to the sd card I had in the phone, the thing overheat and it stopped working. Apparently some circuits got fried and it wouldn't work properly. They try to blame me for taking the sd card out but that's complete bollocks because when I took the first SD card out to put the other one in, it didn't give me any problems, second one of my other family members wound up having their phone overheated and gone to hell as well and they didn't remove the sd card, third in this day and age, all phones should and most do allow you to take the sd card out without any problems. So basically Samsung cannot build a phone for shat and I really hope I can recover all the pictures I still have from my old phone.

After factory reset again I have stored new files...after 3 month can i get back which i lost files in factory reset?

I don’t know what to believe at this point some comments sa it works, some say it doesn’t, the video itself is about recovering data after factory reset but when I explicitly asked their support team they replied, “we have dr.fone-data recovery that can retrieve deleted files but it doesn't support mobile devices that had undergone factory reset. Our software can only recover the cases below: “ with the screenshot of their website showing the cases in which it works and it does not include factory reset.
Hi, I've got a specific question regarding photos on the Samsung gallery.(on an S8)
Last night, I put a new sim card in my phone and then took it out since my father said that I needed to get it set up before I put it in. This was done while the android symbol was being shown, and it booted up with everything gone. I used the first method to get everything back in place, but all the photos taken in the past 2 years were wiped.
Now I had my gallery set up to a one drive, but it filled up rather quickly and I didn't want to pay for extra space, so I just let it be. This was 2 years ago. All the photos that had been on my phone at the time I did this process loaded back up, but I'm franticly trying to get the others back since I had photos that I need to graduate at the end of this year in the lost gallery.

I accidentally reset my Samsung Galaxy S205G this morning and have been looking all day for a way to restore my apps and gallery with the albums I had. Any help you can offer would be greatly appreciated. There are very precious memories missing and I am beside myself. I can't believe they are gone. I went into backup and it doesn't have a restore option. There is a back up that was created immediately when I reset the phone and it lists all my apps but there is not a restore option .. HELP!!
