Heres my thoughts:
- titles need to be either much clickbaitier 'Copy THIS to make Bank with Clickbank offers' or around a specific keyword search folks go after 'Clickfunnels & Clickbank Affiliate Marketing | Step-by-Step'. Clickbaity type content needs to appeal to people who have no idea what 'affiliate marketing' or any of the other jargon means, but has the potential to greatly expand sub base and viewership. Keyword content is more of a slow-roll, but needs to really specifically address the keywords that are gone after, and will also help increase sub base
- content is f'n amazing
- lighting/audio is great
- set is alright, but devoid of personality or creativity, which will turn people off because it'll give people that fake/corporate-y feel. People who watch youtube want to see some personality/creativity
- length is good. 10-18min
- proof or numbers of the amount of money or commissions paid out would take this to the next level

Check out ClickFunnels support for your last question. For your other parts, it can be "anything" and yes the customer would see your domain. Ideally it has some relation to the niche you're in vs being totally random

Short answer is, it depends! But typically yes - a quiz funnel would be a more compliant bridge funnel than others out there.
Why would it not be a good idea to run an ad (Google ad or Microsoft ad) from your quiz to the affiliate product offering?
