I'm not knocking the different styles of people that review boats, but it was great to get a tour from a person that has a boat and knows what he's talking about. Some people get excited by the galley, or the cabins, or the speed etc...Shawn did a great job and stopped and explained everything I'd be interested in if I was there. Outstanding. Can I give this a 5 star review or just 1 thumb up. Thanks.
Thank you very much for this great tour. I wish that Shawn would do more tours of this kind whenever they meet other interesting boats and ships. Beside Aquaholic, Elisabeth and Shawn giving the most informative and interesting tours and videos. This videos are done with passion and professionalism and attention to detail. And that all in a real stunning audio and visual quality on land, from air and at sea. I would like to thank you both and a lot and wish you, as we say at the german coast: Always a hand's beaths of water under the keel.
You did a far better job than many of the professional boat tour people. I liked how you spliced the transition from space to space rather than walking around with the camera.
I really appreciated how Shawn lights up when he gets into the engine room...I agree...the most awesome part of this awesome yacht. Way better tour here than any tour I've watched when it's given by a sales person.
You did it, Shawn will be dreaming of the 68' for years. How many hours did he go through to prepare for the tour ? ... He was so excited to open the engine room door for us. Get him a one night stay in that engine room and he would be happy. Even his voice was so excited to to talk about the systems .... ... don't be jealous, he Loves You too
Best walk through video yet. Shawn gives you just enough information and explanation to help you connect with the vessel. Helpful, useful and a delight.
Up until today Nick from Aquaholic was my favorite for yacht walk through. Shawn has even surpassed him in my opinion. This has to be the best walk through I've seen to date. Nordhavn should consider Shawn for all their marketing videos. Well done.
This has been the best walkthrough I have seen, relaxed but informative. Unlike other walkthroughs there is the underlying 'sales' function. This video is a Captain showing what is really important to him and a user without the fluff involved in a sales pitch. Well done guys and I hope that Nordhavn shows you some gratitude. ;-)
I loved watching this tour. Thank you for bringing us along. I also loved how Shawn referred to everything as "our" by the time the you got to the wheelhouse. Our navigation system, etc. You can tell he really liked the boat.
Well.... Besides you two being a beautiful couple, and presenting a variety of good videos, you Shawn will make other RUclipsrs shake .... as you presented this gorgeous vessel in a very professional manner, and it was informative and well directed (Elisabeth) - Thank you
Best Nordhavn ever and one of the best yacht videos made. Full side decks are a must in my opinion. Meal should be Cucumber sandwich appetizers, baked Fillet of Sole main course with a nice moscato and Tiramisu served with Espresso for dessert.
I love your videos. You were talking about a 43hr trip and did anyone have any ideas to stay focused during the long nights. I'm a retired long haul trucker who covered alot of ground over the years both night and day. Something that helped me make it through the long overnight runs was a SiriusXM satellite radio. Any music you want they have it along with talk radio. Get one for your boat and crank up the music at night and watch the hours fly by. Also a good pot of coffee always helps. Keep up the good work and videos.
Shaun I have watched quite a few boat tours on RUclips. Would like to compliment you on doing a great your. Informative yet not too technical and even using correct nautical terms. Well done.
That was a wonderful tour! Thank you so much! Yes more boat tours! I’d enjoy a rare rib eye with large shrimp and a delicious white sangria! Merry Christmas to you both!!!
By far the best walk through boat tour on RUclips. The Nordhavn 68 is my dream boat, just missing one thing and that’s like most people MONEY 💰 and lots of it. Happy Holidays to the both of you.
Wow, this week’s video’s is another vicarious delight. I enjoyed touring this boat almost as much as Sean did as he explained every feature. Knowing how much Sean works on his smaller boat made me think that if you could afford to buy this boat, you could and should afford a paid crew - maybe a married couple for an Engineer/2nd Mate and a Cook/Maid.
Wow. I love how you did this video. 1) showed you going through doorways & down hallways, side decks etc. VERY helpful for scale. 2) Your explanation of the different systems, how they work, and why they are needed is phenomenal. VERY appreciative. 3) You're maybe a touch goofy, I like this too. IMHO the yachting community is too serious. Lastly, thank you for what you both do. I appreciate it.
Shawn was in his element and seemed totally within his comfort zone. Yet another entry in his resume. For me, this is what heaven might be like without the financial burdens, :)
You did a terrific job on that boat tour. I'm sure the owner and broker loved it. I'm amazed at how much you knew and/or had to learn to do such a professional job. Elizabeth may have secretly bought it for you but you won't know for sure until Christmas.
Teresa is without a doubt intellectually and in my opinion physically she's perfect what a sweet wife Shawn is so lucky to have her, not saying anything negative but Sean is really lucky
Lovely tour!!! Greit job there! On a boat like this you have to eat fish that you catch yourself. Thanks for a good work, both of you. It makes this boring december easyer to manage here in Sweden.
Wow, I am so taken a back at how some comments are dissing Shawn. I was totally inspired to comment because having watched some of your videos, I was very impressed with his tour. And enjoyed it very much. Of course the boat was amazing, but Shawn is very knowledgeable and just was very personable. Btw, loved the video where you made your driftwood sign. 👍❤️😊
Fantastic Video, Shawn obviously is very knowledgeable especially in the Engine Department. Being British I also like Aquaholic vids but you guys are Brilliant and we love your Dogs. Best wishes and Good Luck for 2021 let’s hope this Beautiful world returns to some form of normality, failing that head out to Sea...Nordhavns Rock!
You two are just up there with all the best boat tours. Faultless, superb camera work Elizabeth. Sean, you know your stuff. You can always do boat tours like many others are doing when you get stuck on what to film next. Many are growing their channels pretty quickly. by boat tours. Also, switch it around a bit . Elizabeth covers the accommodation and you do, pilothouse, engine rums, etc. Lots of males want to see Elizabeth, lucky Sean.LOl.
Shawn, you do a great job at a walk around video, your viewer can tell you know your stuff and I love how you explain things from memory !! I love to see you doing this more often !!
First off, Happy Holidays, you two! Nice tour! I would t mind swing some more tours- especially when not boating. Beautiful ship. I think this would make the list of a lot of your followers. The only thing, was the when I saw the headliner, my first thought was the labor involved in removal and reinstall if you need to access anything behind it. My one complaint about Nordhavn’s is the size of swim platform- not sure if it’s the video angles, but they don’t seem to be that wide. Especially, if you are going scuba diving. Throw two people fully decked out, and it might be a little tight. Love the rest of the boat. BTW, I thought tradition dictated that when you rename a boat that you removed all references to previous name- I though I saw some pieces with previous name.
It would be great for you two to have a boat like that! Imagine the Christmas decorating possibilities for Elizabeth? With all that generator power and space, she could make it look like Santa's own North Pole wonderland! Mr.Sully could have his own poop deck too! And Sean would never run out of little projects to keep him happy and busy.
Great tour and you show that your knowledge of the brand. Nice to see a Nordhavn with side decks and boarding on both sides. In tidal northern Europe we need that flexibility for harbours with locks and mooring along side. Good job and Merry Christmas, now if my numbers come up?
Love your channel, but that has to be one of my favorite vids. Great yacht, Shawn nailed it! If he ever wants a career change, I think we all know what he should do. By the way, a fresh-caught seafood feast for the back BBQ! Thanks for that informative great vid!
Shawn, you missed two of the benefits of wet exhaust, 1) With the exhaust being pointed out and down near the waterline, the soot and fumes have no impact on the outdoor spaces on board. 2) The wet exhaust systems actually mean the engines do not need DPF or DEF systems, the raw water being introduced to the exhaust gases actually does the same as either system. The 3rd and possibly the biggest benefit, you don't have as much cleaning to do on the upper decks from the exhaust. Something most people miss about wet exhaust, the gases are food for the plankton in the sea water, by dumping it right above the water it helps the plankton feed and produce oxygen. I'm not a fan of the big empty fore-deck space, I would rather see the superstructure extending there making a larger boat deck possible aft of the flying bridge.
Your Dino Santa got us to buy one! The kids love it. We saw you on scooters when we were in Washington in October. We left our chihuahua mix at home. He's so much like Sully only with doberman markings.
Thank you for the boat tour. Very professional. Good idea to see your perspective of other Nordhavn boat. Keep on doing good videos and a Very Merry Christmas to you two.
What a masterfully articulate walk through tour of a stunning boat. Not that being aboard Freedom with Elizabeth wouldn't be living atop the world anyway.
You didn't think we'd miss you neglecting the Mid-deck cockpit did you? Ha, Yeah I know it was all covered up, so you're forgiven. Any of those spaces look great to either feed or drink from, although the Hot tub looks hot. I can just imagine myself there drinking a glass 🥂🍾while it snows all around...Nice. Well done Shawn and Elizabeth on that tour and editing.
Nice presentation of a beautiful yacht, loved your laidback style,,,,,yes i would love a cold beer in the jacuzzi after dropping the anchor......and merry christmas from Norway. And you ask what to prepare in the galley,, well i love reindeer meatballs in a sour cream gravy with boiled potatoes.
I think we would be eating hot dogs, it’s all we could afford after buying a boat like this. Seriously though what a great job you guys did on the walk through. A better presentation than many boat brokers.
I want to thank you both so much, luv this boat.... Ya know, my ex-wife was a ballerina dancer, she came from Russia by way of Canada. Anyway, as soon as I saw Shawn do the 8 foot long full dancers leap into his frog leg ballet plie, it brought tears to my eyes. Such elegance, such grace...Bravo lad and well done! For this, Ye shall receive the Golden TuTu award.... Ladies and Gents, never attempt the Shawn Special while on a surf board! You two are awesome! God Bless!!! Weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!!!
"Hokulani" means Heavenly Star in Hawaiian...what a beautiful vessel!! Shawn is probably one of the few people both knowledgeable & competent enough to really appreciate & take control of such a yacht...it's a shame you two probably can't afford it...you'd really do that motor yacht proud....maybe someday...Aloha, Bill

Yes! This is by far one of the best tours I’ve ever seen and heard.
this is really the nicest of the Nordhavns for personal cruising. Would love to take it around the world.
Happy that this video popped up in my YT feed today. Sean, you did a masterful job showing off Hokulani and all her systems and comforts. Nicely done!
That’s the most relaxed and humorous I’ve seen Shawn! He always seemed so serious! Good job! 👍
Cameras seem to make him serious 😉
I want that boat! Shawn did an OUTSTANDING job of showing her off!

Hello mark how are you doing today
A much better video presentation than most boat brokers. Nice job. Wish more of them would be this thorough!!
Great tour - you should do boat walkthroughs! And, of course, a fantastic yacht
Not only is this boat a little special (with most everything I would want) but your presentation is both knowledgeable and charming at once.
You did it, Shawn will be dreaming of the 68' for years. How many hours did he go through to prepare for the tour ? ... He was so excited to open the engine room door for us. Not many, maybe 1! But he’s been keeping up on Nordhavn’s for nearly a decade and seems to remember a LOT when it comes to boats!
Best walk through video yet. Shawn gives you just enough information and explanation to help you connect with the vessel. Helpful, useful and a delight.

Difficult to choose today; Nick just put up a video with a Fleming 65. No hot tub though ;-)
Shaun did a great job. When someone has specifics on the brand of the retractable power cord reel you know he knows his stuff.
