9:18 even as a kid I loved this moment between Nick and Connor, it’s one of my favourite character moments of the entire show
The only thing I regretted is the producers turned Jennifer Lewis back into Claudia Brown with the late episodes. The actress Lucy Brown took on more and more the habits, cloth and hair cut of her first role image.
The producers had figures it had been a mistake to totally redue the charackter but turning her somehow back this way was also a low dow
More imaginatife had been a lucky stroke of another history-switch like a back flip. That way some of the other actor switches could had been explained better without Cutter´s death..
And the soundtrack is so great there :,)))

Yeah, that's a bit of an odd line, considering "dinosaurs are time-travelling" is less plausible than the hard work that's gone into palaeontology over the years.
It's not referring to fossils existing, but to the past as a tangible and explorable reality.
Fossils aren't the past and paleontology isn't the study of past life, but the study of the present fossils, from which paleontologist gain information about how things were (were because they don't exist anymore).
The full quote is "The Anomalies are conclusive proof that the past exists, in a fourth dimension as real and solid as those we already know"
It's referring to the idea that all of time exists simultaneosly inside four-dimensional spacetime, what he means is that the past and the future exist concurrently to the present
I actually liked Nick Cutter. It was sad to see the M.C. die. I loved it as a kid, but I do find it strange how time portals are more proof than paleontology. But I still think it's a good show even though it has a amazing yet ridiculous premise.
I find it weird that Cutter's sentence is so misunderstood, specially considering it was even made more clear by the following line "and that the fourth dimension is as real and solid as the ones we already know".
Paleontology, despite the public misunderstanding, is not the study of the animals of the past, but first and foremost it is the study of the fossils of the present, from which paleontologist acquire biological information.
What Cutter means is that the past itself wasn't sure to be existing as it's not an explorable and tangible reality, unlike what remains of it (the fossils, which however are just PRESENT shadows of the past).
My heart broke when he died. Every scene of his was brilliant and his utter joy when he met the dodo’s was great.
Pity he got killed. He was my favourite character

UNHAPPY ROLE NAME. CLAUDIA BROWN. Since Lucy Brown is not well known outside of the British Culture Zone it is no wonder some fans confuse her real name with her role figures address.
This show started out well then became very stupid and ridiculously predictable. The writing was sub par with Connor, for example, as a electronic genius and painfully childish at the same time.
